entry level luxury cars.... EDIT: I DO NOT want one. just want people's opinion.

  gotta love NT tho. Some people just like what they like no matter what. Everybody knows Ninja will never go against da hemi. Plus it wouldn't feel right at this point.

Some day I wish to own an Audi but for a decent engine prices are crazy..

Say what you want. But the dude Ninja will argue his point from page 1 to 25 by himself with no one else's assistance against damn near everyone responding to the thread.

imo, entry level luxury comes down to an honest discussion with yourself in determining if you are paying for the badge, or what the car offers. for example a fully loaded maxima is probably comparable to 2nd tier infiniti G. same with acura and honda.

stand alone luxury brands are a slightly different case but, still begs the same question. if you grab a base CLA Benz, that starts at what...$31k...is it REALLY worth it? last i checked that thing barely clears 200hp, and is no more practical or luxurious then a sport edition accord (which look great btw). cars like that are more for the badge than what you actually get.

so when i bought my 2012 WRX, i knew i didn't need an STI. since it was way more money for only 40hp more....and a 6th gear....and brembos. w.e...

its like buying that APC x Kanye West White tee. its the same T u can find in a pack of hanes at kohls. but its called a hip hop t shirt and its "designed" by kanye west via apc. so u pay more than the cost of a ps4 for it.

it sold out btw.

my point is, know what your buying and be honest with ur purchase. its stupid to try and justify overpriced cars for stuff u could get cheaper but excellent quality (quality is big). and this is especially true with entry level luxury cars i believe. a base level 3 series just ain't worth it.

...but a base 5 tho :pimp:

At the end of the day, some people just want to have a luxury brand car. When I bought my car in 2009, I had roughly a $2,000 budget and I still ended up with an audi that I still drive nearly 4 years later.

Imo, the entry level luxury joints scream "girl car" or "i just got my first real job" or "look what daddy/my rich husband bought me". That's just me tho.

I'm not a fan of them FOR MYSELF. C-class, 3 series, IS and the rest of them are still nice cars, but I want the flagships, the upper echelon joints. No insult or disrespect towards any owners on here, but I feel like those are just bought strictly for the name. But to each his own, if you like it I love it.

My aunt copped a brand new c class years ago because she always wanted a benz. That car was always in the shop.

If you're just starting out, I would suggest a higher level american joint instead of the lower level foreign.

That fully loaded Kia Optima and Cadenza are probably crapping all over these entry level luxury cars with hard plastic steering wheels and cloth seats.

 Makes me think of this quote:

"Some men aren't looking for anything logical, they can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with; some men, just want to argue for argument's sake."

its like this B. BMW=iPhone. American Muscle = android.

I've owned a 4s when it first dropped in 2011 and traded it evenly for a Galaxy Nexus a year later. Now I'm due for an upgrade. Check the market value on both phones. The 4s goes for around $200 the nexus $50. Mind you, these are phones that were top of the line at the time. and yes the nexuus has better raw specs. If I kept the4s, I could be paying NOTHING for my next phone. But naw, I gotta take the depreciation hit on the nexus and cough up. Never again man, never again.

There's a reason I phones hold their value for so much longer

Horrible analogy and riddled with mis-information. Galaxy Nexus goes for around 200-250 on eBay/Craigslist. 4S is 200-300 depending on the memory size chosen. I just bought one for a business T-mobile line. Dont make up facts.

Also, dont just assume the masses choose BMW blindly over other manufacturers because of the roundel. I was just in the market for a new vehicle, and chose a used C300, then a G37s over a 335i. My GF drives an Audi.. is Audi irrelevant? I also, dont wear Nikes, and rock a Galaxy Note II. People buy what they feel best fits their lifestyle. At least the informed consumer does.

Making up facts? Bro, I've been trying to get rid of my nexus all summer. Maybe, I forgot to mention that I'm on Verizon. Smh
