Air Jordan 11 Retro Low "Concord" to Release in 2014

Just bring on the real deals...want to see how I prefer compared to the mids.

Hopefully this gives me a
Chance to retire my used mids

I'm not crazy about lows but I think I am going to cop these because they look like a nice summer sneaker to wear. One question though does the 11 low have a good lock in fit when laced up?  Like will I have to worry about them being loose in the back of my foot?

Has this been determined to be a full blown GR with sizes down to infant? If so then I'm going to be coping these for the little guys too, usually do this about once a year.

Dude.... You said you washed the dirt off,
Meaning you put water on them. What did you expect

And I just pulled a FSR of those white/red 11 lows from 2012 and they were icy.

Everything is different.

Yeah not sure what you mean, those lows have a red sole?

I don't believe washing a sole causes yellowing. I think it's long term exposure to moisture, dirt, oils and residue from the ground, heat and time.

Almost all my shoes with trans soles, after every wear I'll scub them with warm water and soap, then dry after. Particularly my foams, and they all look nds and still very icy.

Anyway, opinions aside - I'm curious to see if the sole is the same on the concord lows, as it is on these. Some pics it looks the same, others it's more milky or a darker blue tint. With filters today you can never be sure.

I think water speeds up the oxidation process. It's not an opinion but a fact.

At the end of the day, just wear your shoes since they will yellow anyway. Imagine, you stored your shoe for a year and it still yellowed. Just wear em and at least enjoy every bit of it.

That wasn't my point, or what I said. But this isn't the oxidation thread.

I do wear my shoes. I wore those twice, that's twice more than I wore most of the shoes I bought this year. I don't mind yellowing over a few years, but that amount in 8 months ridiculous - and if these concord lows are the same, that's gonna suck.

Its the way all the XIs have been since '09.

Sad state of affairs when a legit check involves DS pairs being yellow as part of the criteria.

cleaning your soles with water and soap will NOT cause yellowing, however if you clean them with soap and water and do not remove ALL of the water I.E. from the cracks around the pods, they will yellow faster since the moisture just sits there so when you clean them i usually blow lightly (lol i blow my shoes after every where) so that the water comes out then you wipe it off you will be good. retrobrite will bring those back 100% though

Yeah I don't really care about them that much tbh. I will care about concord lows tho and the yellowing is something I would def like to prevent with those.

Eh, yellowing doesn't even bother me that much. It's just what clear soles do.

Besides the upcoming "pantone" in the fall. has there been any pair of XIs that weren't GR? I'm going to put in work regardless for these, just need an idea as to how much.
