In THE EXPENDABLES 3, Barney (Stallone), Christmas (Statham) and the rest of the team comes face-to-face with Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), who years ago co-founded The Expendables with Barney. Stonebanks subsequently became a ruthless arms trader and someone who Barney was forced to kill… or so he thought. Stonebanks, who eluded death once before, now is making it his mission to end The Expendables -- but Barney has other plans. Barney decides that he has to fight old blood with new blood, and brings in a new era of Expendables team members, recruiting individuals who are younger, faster and more tech-savvy. The latest mission becomes a clash of classic old-school style versus high-tech expertise in the Expendables’ most personal battle yet.

Yup and dude was only shooting for a couple of days too, not even weeks or months.

Bruce Willis walked away from The Expendables 3 after Sylvester Stallone refused his demands for a $1m (£644.9k) a day wage, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Willis was offered $3m (£1.9m) for four days of work to return as Mr Church for the latest instalment in Stallone's ensemble 1980s action throwback saga, but wanted $4m (£2.5m), according to a "source with knowledge of the situation". Producers balked at the fee and swiftly hired Harrison Ford as a replacement, a move which was subsequently hailed as something of a coup for the series.

Can't wait. And the Bruce Willis thing is true and got really nasty with Stallone airing him out on Twitter. Wish we could have saw him reprise his role.

Damn! Good for Mel. Dude hit the wall like no other and hasn't been the same since his scandals. Can't believe he's taking these roles now but I guess you got to do what you got to do.

Effing trainers man. I workout and don't even look close to that.

I am so glad Wesley is in it. Kellan Lutz is a big dude he is in great shape for his role in Hercules he must be the young guy they get on the team. Mel got jacked.

I was hoping they were going to do the silly Jean Vilan's brother wants revenge on Barney and the crew  But this will do

i watched the first 15 minutes of part ii before i hit stop and deleted it.

all 15 minutes were extremeley corny/cheesy/typical but the last straw was when i saw stallone on that zip line killing 8 lackies with 5 shots.

im sorry but only the dumbest of meat-heads would enjoy this kinda junk...

I looked them both up, they won't be in it. Same with Segal. Jackie's committed to another movie or something

All this is clearly over your head or you're super young.

I'm ready for it though.

Milla Jovovich and Mickey Rourke were rumored to be in the film too but it looks like they couldn't make it or were just rumors.

If you go into these movies expecting Oscar caliber acting and cinematography, you're doing it wrong. These films are an ode to the action flicks of the 80s and the second one has a 65 on RT.
