That ****old life is real and degrading and still goes on today. That murder is gonna hang around like an unpaid bill.

purnsley :smh: how can he be tryin to defend himself in any kind of way is beyond me

was richard just killing people and robbing them to get home?

no margaret :D
I was confused about this as well. I hope they elaborate on why he was doing it in future episodes. I know he made it to his sisters at the end so maybe that has something to do with it.

How great was it that Christopher shot him in the foot just like Pesci did him in Goodfellas

And then says "it happens" when he's walking out of the bakery after the kid says "you shot me in the foot"

I didn't take the time to connect the dots either. He looked at envelope the two dudes at the bar had and it said _______ insurance, so that obviously plays in somehow because he ended up at the office shortly after.

Very confused about two plots from the premier :

1.) What's with the Harrow business? Was this Jimmy related?

2.) What's the deal with the DEA agent guy? Why did he set up the other agent? Why did he kill the moustached guy posted up in the shotgun door house? Really don't get why/how he did what he did.

That's what I was thinking. Curious to see how he gets called back to action by Nucky or whoever. I can't see his whole time spent at his sisters house/area.

I believe he did this to get money. He saw the other agent making money from Nucky and Mickey Doyle and he wanted in. The only way he could have gotten in was to get rid of the other guy which he did by having him offed by the guy with the shotgun. He figured he was in a good spot and shot him and framed him (most likely) for the murder of the agent and i'm sure he looted that guys booze while he was at it. Win-Win situation IMO....

Now that Gillian is a dope fiend I find herc's presence a bit ironic

 @ Gillian being a fiend now and still wanting Tommy back.

I don't even get what she's doing. Selling herself to dudes that are potential buyers just in case they don't buy so she can at least get something from them  I laughed when she said 10 more to put it in her mouth.

Dom from entourage and dude from office space

Great opener but confused why harrow on that spree. Margaret gone for good? Will they revisit van alden or was his arc done from last season?

Van Alden will be back I think.

Harrow's journey was meant to be a little unclear cuz all the info aint there. At first I thought he was killing dudes that had something to do with Gillian getting Tommy back but that kinda got ditched when he came home.

Basically this, bootlegger told him he set up traps, then he tells the guy some bs about not being able to see well in the dark. It's a set up so he can be promoted. He played dude off his own greed.

The way he tells it, it happened so fast but he was able to kill dude after he shot his superior officer. I can see him become a potential problem or ally this season.

Why did the bootlegger set up traps though? He knew they were gonna come for him? I get how the younger agent set the other one up, but why were the traps there in the first place?

He was being robbed by other bootleggers. Already thought new guy was weird before that, just based off him drinking tea

Herc playing Capone's brother :nthat:

the traps were there because the bottlegger kept gettin robbed, why he told a random prohi his whole set up is beyond me

he said some other bootlegger was stealing his stock so he set up the booby trap for the next potential break in. The young agent was discussing with the older one back in the car about how the guy wanted protection from another bootlegger even though he was a bootlegger as well.

OH okay I didnt catch that, thanks

Why were the 2 of them over there by the bootleggers spot? To try to catch someone?
