Is Dom P Rosé really only $150? I don't care though, that's still not even close to cheap.

If you're doing it like that to the point where even a $150 bottle (from a store) isn't expensive to you, that's nice...my point is saying you regularly drink Dom P Rosé & Perrier Jouet is a humble brag compared to mentioning any of the others and especially not Luc Belaire. I'd be surprised to see a distinguished champagne maker sign on Rick Ross as a spokesperson.

Dom Perignon Rose? Stop. I'm sure you've got money but to act like any Dom P isn't that expensive? :rolleyes

Perrier Jouet isn't cheap either. Veuve isn't that expensive but it isn't Andre. Not sure about Moet Rose but I'm sure it's fairly cheap in comparison.

I'm pretty sure we're talking bottle service pricing. Depending on where you live rose can range from 250-1000+

It's all relative though and that would just prove my point even more. If you can drop a g on a bottle of champagne and that's nothing to you, even more of a "humble" brag.

Im ballin on a budget so I stick to the moet 2 for 110

lol Where can I get the Dom Rose for $150

I'm paying 450+ tax out here

The regular Dom Ps are $150 but Dom Perignon Rose actually ain't stocked in too many places, The 2000's and 2002's go for $350-$400 usually when u find em in stores.  The Regular PJ's are like $140 but depending on the year etc. they've got plenty that are up there too.  Perrier Jouet and Krug is actually what most of the connoisseurs like.  It's not all bout price tho, I like Veuve Rose which is only a little more than the yellow label and I like Moet Nectar Rose too which is also like $70-$75.  When I'm in my hometown of SF tho they got this dope specialty store in Union Square that sell those year 2000/2002 Dom P's and **** like this down here

Now those are store prices, if u getting a table at Liv or Big Vegas clubs u talkin $1000 for a bottle of PJ Rose etc.  But I love champagne and its low calories too so def better than beer in that sense.

PJ Rose is $1000 a bottle at Liv/Greystone or any big vegas club, even outside of miami/vegas/LA u not gotta get any Label of Rose for $250 at the club

I hate champ - I stick to my regular Cape Codder!

Ace of Spades Rose was popped at the Buddha Bar in Paris and was left nearly full.

Waste of Cash!

In Seattle, and they're the 2000's but the blanc's can be had for about $150 at most
Yea in SF and LA the 2000's I usually get for $400, I lived in Seattle for a bit in 06-07 but wasn't buying Dom Rose back then so I ain't got no spots to help u with. Yeah the Blancs is like $140-150 pretty much everywhere.  U should try to find the 2002 Dom P Rose's tho, got the highest grade that year

I'm right with u on champagne make any meal better.  I drink it with everything whether I'm eating a seafood tower and bone in filet mignon at Mastro's or some wingstop

Yea I'm mostly buying bottles in Vegas/LA/Miami but even in the cities with a smaller nightlife, $300 is prolly the lowest like u said cause Veuve Rose would go for the same as the Moet Rose.  And ain't no Rose champagne really gonna be below that they'd stock in the club.  PJ and Dom Rose most clubs don't even stock cept the big ones in major cities.

I still don't understand why Ace of Spades keeps being brought up in these threads. How many times has it been posted that that stuff is fraud status?

It's the best champagne there is imo. Not worth the price but it's nice as a one time thing.

Easily the smoothest champagne though, not even Dom P is anywhere near as smooth.

If it wasn't €300 a bottle I'd stock a fridge full of it.

But they don't hear you :smh:

I'll never buy that stuff.

All of this trash is just marketing of low grade product.

"It’s not the first we’ve heard about the wine from the MMG camp. It has inspired lines from Meek Mill, who raps, “Sippin’ rosé with Rozay and it’s Belaire,” on a freestyle over “Started from the Bottom.” Naturally, it was also served (alongside Ciroc) at Ross’ birthday bash. (Touted by the brand as “the world’s most beautiful rosé,” Belaire is produced in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. It retails for around $45 a bottle.)

As with its fashion, hip-hop is notoriously fickle in its drinking preferences. While brands like Hennessey and Dom Pérignon have traditionally dominated lyrics, these days the booze trends tend to be driven by savvy marketing alignments, and often a rapper name-checking a new spirit or wine is the best evidence that he or she has some stake in its sales.

So, the question is simple: Does Rick Ross have what it takes to inspire large-scale adoption of Luc Belaire as the “it” drink of summer 2013?

We can only assume that he’s seeking that outcome, as something seems unmistakably fishy about the random brand allegiance. After all, Luc Belaire was trademarked just two years ago, Google searches unearth just one questionable review, and nobody outside of the MMG inner-circle seems charged up about the beverage. A quick look at its ownership reveals that there may be machinations at work.

Check it: The brand’s trademark (filed in 2011) is owned by Alana Berish, who also has under her name the Bacardi-produced Henri D’Usse’ Cognac, which is endorsed by Jay-Z. And…wait for it…she is also the wife of Brett Berish, owner of Sovereign Brands, the very same company that birthed Armand de Brignac, a.k.a. “Ace of Spades,” which is the champagne that J**** has propelled from obscurity to rapper staple.

It looks like the mysterious hip-hop beverage power couple may be aligning with Ross to score another big win. If so, Ricky is probably hoping this one will work out after Reebok dropped him over a controversy surrounding his lyrics. In the meantime, keep your ears peeled for Belaire shoutouts, and think twice about the source before taking them as legitimate co-signs.

Taste is one thing, but the origins and "tradition" are manufactured by a well-known rapper trying to milk the public. It's outrageous to pay that much for something with such laughable heritage.

They are just laughing all the way to the bank, promoting these drinks as high-class and upper scale when they're just overnight marketing gimmicks.

No thx jeff, I'll stick with Dom, Krug, Cristal...

Good to know now that its from the same ppl behind Ace of Spades.  Thats why I made this thread.  At least they're pricing this low unlike Ace which was priced at Dom/PJ price
