OFFICIAL Atlanta Falcons 2016 Season Thread - NFC SOUTH & CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS #RISEUP

Devonta Freeman has officially become a problem! Tevin Coleman is out of a job but I'm secretly praying Chip Kelly trades us Demarco Murray for one of them and a 1st round DP. I promise you we would be bowl bound this season

You think DeMarco can hop on board with us get rollin jus like that?

I dont think Quinn or Blank would go for that with the way he's playing.

Freeman was knockin on the door end of the season last year when he was getting carries. Prob best lookin back we've had since

Don't need DeMarco. Tev and Devonta are just fine

Tevin...eh. Devonta Freeman has blossomed under Quinn but you guys are wild if you wouldn't give up those 2 for Murray. He's dying under that Kelly/Shumur O but I promise you he would do DAMAGE under Kyle Shanahan's offense. Matt Ryan, Julio Jones and Demarco Murray?!? OMG. I'm telling you guys, the talks are coming...

Im not against the idea. A dynamic big name/game back would be great (if he produces)

But ...

Big name means "i need my touches" is that gonna change our O and Julio gettin his Targets

Yall dont need Murray & the Eagles wouldn't trade for 2 more RBs when they basically already have 3 starting rbs at the moment

Im not sure where this Murray idea came from but I am not for it and I don't think it would happen either. Murray is a good back but I'm convinced that Cowboys O-Line he used to play behind had more to do with his production then some people think. The backs we have are fine and they are young. I'd rather have two young good looking running backs than a 27 year old Murray under the hopes he regains his form under a new offense. What we have now is a great thing to have at RB in today's NFL.

Bama and Georgia have used this system for years and produced some greats back. Bama longer than GA but those 2 come to mind when i think about 2 RBs sharing duties both puttin in work.

Not saying no other school does it but thats just the 2 i see most.

RBBC is a completely different scenario which i dont like cuz no 1 guy or 2, gets a good flow going.

Yeah if it's like 3 or 4 backs it becomes a problem which is part of the reasons why I think we parted ways with Antone Smith as well as his injury issues. but two good backs is perfect to me.

Yeah I thought the Steven Jackson thing was a terrible idea when it came out that we signed him I was not happy with that at all lol. Signing a RB who is 25+ to me is never a good idea lol.

I know he had like a foot injury but he had a ton of hamstring problems once he got here

Im not liking the start of this game :smh:

Tamme may end the gme with a 100 yards all these check downs

Just got direct tv, it will be set up tuesday but you can use the services already on apps. Sunday ticket came free so thats how im watching the game right now on the ipad

I understand Julio is the #1 guy and who our offense runs off of, but Ryan is forcing it way too much too him imo

You're not wrong. Only really one pass to Julio today was the right decision and that one went trough Julios hands.

Bryant missed :wow: :x

Wtf is going on in Atlanta :smh:

Julio hobbled, Ryan stinkin it up, Hankerson out, Bryant missing FGs

Only players doin work are Freeman and Tamme

The entire offense except for Tammy and Freeman need to get their act together in the first half.

At least the defense is keeping us in it for now.

Its turning into one of those games
