Probably because they’re relatively isolated, the sound is muffled and it doesn’t require an additional structure be built therefore serving as an option in all weather

Should we play the "guess my age by my favorite skate video" game? Most important to me were Toy Machine's Welcome To Hell/Jump Off A Building and Zero's Thrill Of It All/Misled Youth. Been thinking about getting back on a board ever since I lost some weight. Probably gonna end up being the middle aged guy horribly injuring myself at a skatepark surrounded by teenagers pretty soon.

So trucks don’t come with any hardware? Kind of annoying, just bought some Grind Kings for a new/old setup with an old deck I’m bringing back to rotation and got nothing but the trucks themselves. So now my next order will be hardware, bearings and some blank wheels. Gonna be China bones, whatever blank wheels and the dopest color hardware screws for less than 30. Honestly don’t wanna spend more than $50 all together. Wild they sell completes for $100 but I’m spending around 85 on everything besides the deck.

Grew up skating heavy in the mid 90's into 2000's. Mouse, Chocolate Tour, Trilogy, Listen, 411VM's were my favorite videos.
Been years since I stepped on a board but keep thinking about picking one up. Love watching skate Youtubers do their thing too.
