Basketball is always gonna be my thing but something about skateboarding that I like more than basketball is that it's more relaxing. It's just plain fun and puts my mind at ease

bones stfs for those smooth power slides. yea a bigger wheel will last a little longer but i think like 55mm+ is mostly used by those who skate vert or ****** mostly

I love my Bones, I was Spitfire for 13 years til I bought a set of Autobahns before I stopped, they're great wheels but they get slippery quick. I'm rocking some Bones now and they are amazing. I prefer 53's, I bought some 52's but they felt off for me. wheels last depending on how much and where/what you skate.

I used to love Mike Mo back when I was heavy into that robotic ledge style (Mike Mo, P-rod, etc). I loved his forecast part and his Fully Flared opener his legendary. I just feel like dude hasn't progressed that much since then. I heard he was hurt but his pretty sweet part was dissapointing. Has he begun to skate rails again, like he said he would?

Bones STF without a doubt. I can't speak on autobahn but my STFs have never flatspotted. And i do my BS 180s/ BS flips where you land at 90 degrees and powerslide the rest

I can't afford bones stf. The bone's 100's, the budget wheels. I live in canada, shipping is a lot. So has anyone tried 100s?

Grew up watching him and the Z Boys

My dad grew up in SoCal skateboarding/surfing 

Moved to New England by the time I was in late elementary/middle school

My dad skated a lot of bowls with that old surf style

So naturally, that was the style I looked at and was inspired by

Sad though, actually found his Facebook through a few friends

Was creeping couple months back, and saw he was now sober

Also had ton of pictures of him skating surfing, looking happy

Checked earlier, FB was on private or in process of being deleted as I couldn't see anything

Glad he died staying true and continuing doing what he loved 

Definitely a pioneer and true legend

Also why do a lot of skaters hate on long boarders 

I think its dum when random people that will never bomb hills ride them 

or use them as an accessory but

I've always wanted to try it

Has that speed/ free surf style going on in it

Weather permitting and I don't get too down in the dumps over ******* up my exam on monday, I will be going to the skate park for the first time in my life. What required tricks/manuevers should I know to have a good time? I can't grind and never went on a ramp/pool before. Only skate flatground
