I guess having a surfer on HUF makes sense financially since even though they don't wear shoes while surfing, people wear clothes regardless of if they actually do a sport/activity. Regardless of how many kooky non-core people wear DC, DVS, or Etnies, they still make good shoes, no? However, Adio will never get a cent from me after what they did to the team. They got too fat on all that BAM Heartagram crap anyway.

After the "Japanese maple leaf" socks got popular, it was just a matter of time. Hopefully, they don't end up as blown out as Element or Zoo York, which used to be legitimately much cooler companies before the 2000's.

At least they haven't really put anyone too "mainstream" on the team yet?

 Those classics Huf shoes that look like the Salman Agah Vans from back in the day look super ill, but $80???? and the sole look booty. I heard someone kicked off a dude who rode for welcome skateboards because his board sponsor wasn't a legitamate board company??? Huf getting real corporate

Just checked out the average prices of those and the Dylans in Japan and they're at least twice as much!!! Nike All Courts (in my size) are around $100 also. Maybe they'll both be cheaper in 6-12 months?

Not that I really "need" a new pair of shoes right now though with winter coming and all. Maybe I'll go the opposite direction and get some P Rod highs or Stevie Williams' new Supras instead.

A short amazing video is better than a long video that makes you want to skip parts of just get to the amazing tricks. Skits only work if done well. The DGK video had way too much filler. The re-edited version was so much better!

Isn't it odd that a Plan B board is made from Canadian wood, shipped it to China where it"s pressed and then sent back to North America and it's somehow cheaper than having it made on the continent? Even though it's not the same Plan B from your childhood, why not get it?

While we're on the subject of stuff we want from our childhood, I'm still hoping for a reissue of the Ray Barbee Vans with the patchwork doll on them or that graphic on a Powell-Peralta deck. Flip and Element are blowing it by not putting out boards with graphics similar to his and Lance's classic old boards. Heck, if Real can sell out of Thiebaud's Hanging Klansman decks, why not a Tommy Guererro flaming sword? Guess the gap between old guy nostalgia and actual sales is too wide?

Just read about it on the SLAP forums. I'm in no rush to see the video now. No parts from PJ, Danny, or Colin? I'll forgive Danny and Colin because they're old and have had several crazy parts over their career. No PJ part is pretty unforgivable though. Kinda lost interest in him post-WHL anyway.

Sorry if already posted, I was definitely sleeping on Chris Joslin. There's too many good guys out now, it's hard to get excited anymore, no matter how much better than you they might be.
