Alright after listening to it a bit more closely through solid speakers, you guys may be right. Their sound has definitely progressed.
 
Bout to check this out. I always that Syd was dope. Then I saw someone post on IG & saw her.

OFWGKTA was a dope & talented collection of dudes

Album of the year for me!!

My only concern is the album sounded so good of the jump, I hope it still has the potential to grow on me. Usually when albums sound so good immediately, I tend to get tired of it quicker.

All the musicians in this band are so real, Syd has really developed so well as an artist, she's hitting her stride right now.



Great writer and her voice sounds amazing, she's got a lot of potential still, look forward to what they do in the future.


Such a great piece of work, I feel bad for sleeping.


Gotta catch them on tour.

Just found out about this band today. I've never been a fan of anything affiliated with OFWGKTA, but The Internet is definitely the exception. Such a chill vibe to all their tracks and I get a throwback neo-soul feel from Syd tha Kyd when she's singing.

Missed them in Brooklyn last week, so bummed.

But this album is really dope, definitely one my favorites so far this year. Front to back, I definitely feel that they turned a corner with this album. It seems like they've really mastered their sound.

Anybody have any info on the vinyl?

This album is FLAMES. SOOOOO smooth. Cannot stop playing it.

Been an Odd Future fan since Bastard, never checked out The Internet until now, are their other albums this good?!?!

Penthouse Cloud though....

This, To Pimp a Butterfly, and Surf are currently holding my top 3 of 2015 so far.

I wasn't even supposed to be going out to LA next week but I'm helping one of my _'s  with his art exhibition. Turns out he helping one of his  homies with an installation at that event, I didn't even know The Internet was gonna be performing there at first

i still dont think this is better than Feel Good but it's definitely my favorite album to drop this year.

glad they followed up Feel Good because I honestly didn't think they would be able to bc that album was so amazing to me.

hopefully they hit Atl when they start touring it.

Go With It feels out of place to me. Not a bad song but enh. Not really crazy about Partners in Crime Part 3. Maybe it'll grow but I dont see it.

Album still a strong 8.5/9 / 10
 
I have no idea who this group is. I'm a 90s cat. But I heard "Girl" on suriusXM radio and I ran back in the crib to throw it on repeat. I did a NT search to see if anyone was talking about it

I definitely **** with "Girl". Dope zone out track. Is all their music like this?
 
Just got into them this year after I heard Girl and Under Control. Dope group and I agree Ego Death is one of the best albums I have heard this year. I went back and listened to their previous work and this is their best effort....you can hear their growth and how much the song writing improved from album to album.
