It was nationwide for everybody, they just didn't advertise it on the website. You might still be able to get in on it though, a number of people said they were able to get the 90% bonus even before today.

Fwiw, they are giving roughly $130- $145 on 250gb xbox slims. I've got 2 of them and I'm considering trading both and a couple older phat 360s I have towards another Xbox One.

sf sell it while it's in demand still. Do what you did to get the PS4 and you might be able to walk out with one.
We'll what I had in mind was if ps4 sucks (which it does ) I can easily sell it due to the fact that a lot of people wanted it
But it turns out it wasn't that hard to get and some targets two days after still had stock . Basically if you wanted one just get there when the stores open.
I put an add up on craigslist :
2 psn + cards = $100 value
2 dual shock controllers = $130
Battlefield/2k/killzone = $190
Ps4 console $435
$ 855 value
So I'm basically everything for $750
