PS1 versions of games don't look at good as Xbox versions. Not a problem

PS3 versions of games don't look as good a the 360 version, including some lower resolutions in some. Not a problem

Xbox One versions games run at a lower resolution than the PS4 version. MASSIVE PROBLEM

-In exclusives only, not multiplats, and that only became apparent years later. With KZ2 and UC2. And as this generation ends, the margin is even smllar because of games like Halo 4 and Judgment

-Gears was the graphics King at the start of this generation.

-The goal post are forever moving

PS3 has better graphics. Look at the exclusives (ignores multiplats)

PS4 has better graphics. Look at the mutiplats (ignores Ryse)

360 had better looking multiplats throughout the WHOLE generation yet i never really cared about how a particular game that i had looked on the ps3.

The prices were even more dramatic at launch than this new gen, with its $100 difference. A Core 360 was $300 while the 60gb ps3 was $600. So according to your logic, some ps3 owners paid $300 dollars more to have worse looking multiplats than it's competitor for 8 years. We can ignore the blu ray playback just like you're ignoring the kinect 2.

The PS3 was also the cheapest blu ray player on the market when it released, let's not forget that. Yes, Multiplatform games looked better on 360, no denying that. That played a huge role in the 360's success. I bought every multiplat game on 360.

The Xbone won't have that advantage however, nor will it be capable of the best 1st party graphics. And it cost $100. That's just what it is.

Ryse looks very good, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's the best game graphically at launch for either system. Killzone is a fantastic looking game, and it runs at 1080p, unlike Ryse. What really helps Ryse is it has better facial animation than Killzone. Ryse looks good, it would look even better on the PS4.

When the PS3 first released it was also backwards compatible with PS1 and PS2 games which was another great reason to buy it when it first dropped also. Not dissing either systems and I've been in both threads when these talks come out but both have their ups and downs. I personally like the PS4 because they seem to cater to my needs as a gamer but the XBone has its own great features. To say one was trash compared to the other is completely subjective tho

Forza looks better then every game in my opinion, but like I said that's my opinion.
