Only ever played the first gears but I loved it
I don't think its real. Maybe for gear s 4 but this game coming out is a remake of gears 1. its not getting its own console

Gears 1 had my all-time, most memorable, video-game best Final Boss ever (Hardcore, not Insane)
I was on that train, and had exhausted every single piece of ammo, except for two sniper rounds.
I figured I was gonna have to try the fight again (for like the 10th time), but when I came out of cover, those damn bats cleared away momentarily, I brought my sights to the boss, his head came into my line, and I squeezed the trigger for a game-ending headshot with only one bullet to spare
Gears 2 boss had no chance to live up to that experience.

When you're in that monster and you see all that realistic blood.
From Kotaku and plygon there have been updates. Don't know if posted

- improved lighting and textures
- Redone cutscenes
- the MP beta only had Team Deathmatch; King of the Hill; 1 Life 1V1 Shotgun TDM; 1v1 Sudden Death Gnashers Only; 4v4 TDM Single Round; and 4v4 KOTH Single Round.
There will probably be the other modes like execution etc.
Also Spencer had said that they wanted to take Gears 4 back to more of a horror feel like Gears 1 had, so they may do like Halo 2 Anniversary and rework some of the cutscenes to tie into the Gears 4 plot

Halo changed gaming and then Gears came along and really changed everything, like god damn gears one looked so amazing on 360.
I remember just looking at Carmine while he was on a wall in cover breathing, freaking nuts, and then when they let us get the Onyx guard Jesus... I can't wait like I dunno what I'm gonna do when this joint comes out

word. A lot of people thought it was corny but say that in the middle of a shotgun fight with two people coming at you, even if you were dying you get that active anything was possible

Pretty sure gears 2 is the most popular and judgement is the least.
also more people play gears 3 than judgement

Have you played it online? that game was so broken it took about 8 months for it to work half right, for me Gears 1 will always have the best multiplayer but the host advantage was disgusting, I liked judgment more than 3 even though yeah people play 3 more, but 2 was broken as hell in terms of online play...
Gears 2 was a lag fest, people hate that game, unless you picked it up months after it came out after all the updates then I see where your coming from but day 1 that game was garbage.
Yeah judgement had no locust but online play was still fun.

I played Gears 3 the most, a lot of King of the Hill, I would of liked to see Gear 2 remastered tho, that's where I got my feet wet online in the series but I was stuck on COD didn't play it a lot. I only played Gears 1 story a little bit online.
