So I had to take my Xbox One in to Best Buy cause the kinect wasnt working and I still had my geek squad warrenty

They gave me a option to either get the Call Of Duty XBox One or the Assassin Creed Bundle with Xbox Kinect

I ended up getting the Assassins Creed bundle cause it came with the Kinect which I use a lot but now Im stuck with 2 Assassins Creed games that I don't play and know nothing about

Take an unopened copy to Walmart, say you got it as a gift and want to do an exchange, get a new game

Otherwise I would have got the call of duty 1TB Xbox One and traded in the Call Of Duty for money towards a Kinect

but they both come with the download codes instead of the physical copy of the game

Sell the code on ebay for like $35...someone will bite....

Ofcourse you arent getting full market value but its better than $0 if you don't plan on playing it

Im not really taking a hit I got the system for free because the system I originally bought the week it came out stop syncing with my Kinect and I had warrenty through best buy

I originally bought the XBox One with the kinect last year on launch day and when I took it to best buy yesterday they gave me an option to swap it out for the call of duty 1tb xbox one or the assassins creed xbox one kinect bundle only reason I didnt pick the call of duty xbox was because it didnt come with a Kinect

Go look at your download of MCC, if its at 59.6 GB then you have the patch, if its at 45 GB then you dont have it. I checked last night on a whim and I got it, but if you dont people have been saying resetting your xbox (Holding the power button for ten seconds) and turning it back on queues it up.

Ok I turned my One on the other day and it gave me the green screen with the reoccuring circles at the bottom which I usually get after an update but I'll check for sure tonight. Thanks!

Instant on yes, but I only have 25mb internet.

Man Xbox be throttling downloads, be like tops 3mbs speed but I swear it doesnt go even that fast
