the controller is smaller than the 360 controller?

I thought that it was bigger, like the og xbox controller.

What can they do exactly?
ban the console?

i believe they can take the console back or leave it with the current owner. The employee who owns the Xbox signed a NDA ( non-disclosure agreement ) no footage, cant

resell it, and if any of these grounds are broken it can lead to criminal action or termination. This happened before with the xbox360 three months before release, some

kid leaked images of a dev unit and his father lost his job at Microsoft.

Xbox One DVR Will Automatically Record Achievement Unlocks
The Xbox One DVR will capture achievement unlocks without any manual command.

The Xbox One's DVR will automatically record gameplay as achievements are unlocked, an Xbox official said.

Xbox Australia Product Manager told YouTube user ChampChong that, while Xbox One players have the option to forego recording gameplay, the DVR will automatically capture when achievements are unlocked.

The gameplay can then be shared, although it's been announced that sharing on the Xbox One will be limited to Xbox Live at launch, and social sites such as YouTube or Facebook won't be viable sharing outlets from the outset.

I have $20 in m$ money, what should I get?

I'm mainly into action/adventure games.

I may be interested in a platformer.

I'd be interested in xbla games as well.

That's fairly cool.

I'm curious to see what kind of different recording modes they'll have. Will it be like a normal DVR where I can rewind at any time or do I need to have it recording manually?
