yeah gears is probably holiday 2016, but they may show some concept art or tease something at E3. No gameplay of it tho. Probably will announce gears 1-3 on xb1

I have a feeling we will get Gear Anniversary next year though.
-BTW: Gears has the best story/story-line in gaming. The presentation in the games is **** though. But the concept and world and genius. I recommend you brahs reading the novels. Way better than the Halo stuff

I think it's kinda dumb to compare Halo to Gears, totally different game speeds and clearly 1st and 3rd person also. This all opinion and preference, I like both for their uniqueness. Give it a rest fellas lol

I mean the overarching storyline. Why they are fighting, etc. Like I said, that way they are presented to you in game is trash. That's why people think it is bad. Read a Gears novel to see what I mean, they are amazing.
The reserve of that is Metal Gear. The story is asinine, and convoluted but everyone thinks it is so great because the the games have amazing presentation.
Like it totally went over everyone's heads that the Locust aren't the bad guys. You/humans/the Cog are.
Halo just keeps getting more and more convoluted for the sake of pushing out new media. But the story got Nuke to hell H2. When that talking worm showed up

I agree with rusty. In theory Halo has a more interesting story, being a space opera etc. But it doesn't come across as well when you play it. I don't know if I'd say gears has the best story in games, but it's much more film like in its structure.

Huge Halo fan here. That games story is absolute crap, as a total package and in standalone games as well. Sans CE and ODST, Halos campaign was just a one time thing for me. Zero interest in it whatsoever. Gears has a better story, in fact I hate Gears mutliplayer but I still rented 2 and 3 becuase the campaigns were so good.

I think ODST was pretty interesting because I always like the ODSTs. But I wouldn't say that the Gears story is better than Halo. Although the backstory and everything else besides the games campaigns keep me more interested. And I thought the story for gears 3 sucked. Gears 2 was my favorite out of the series but I felt that the story was pretty long looking back at it in hindsight

Some kid was selling Watch Dogs on craiglist. Texted him he was talking about $90 I told he no then dropped it for $5 twice lol. I'm good tho not overpaying for that game it's all hype. Some dude in Brooklyn listened them at $125.
