Being a good Halo player is so much more rewarding that being a good CoD player.

It's a shame that Halo lost it's number 1 spot.

 

Halo is alright.
Cod is better because i'm already back in the game before my death animation finishes.

THAT'S NOT A GOOD THING, IMO.

They both have their pros and cons.

Played halo 3 last night and

wow does it feel dated.. but that nostalgia though

Not being able to "aim down sights" on most guns.. sucks

No load outs and everyone has access to the same things on the map.. very level playing field.. Fire

Where as CoD - Some guns have a TTK (time to kill) that is lower than the average ping (the speed at which your internet gives and receives data from a server) thus making it feel like you were killed in "one shot", "instantly", etc.... has always sucked

CoD gives you a very big rush when you're kill streaking and you feel invincible. Just last night I popped in black ops2 and had a 30 something a 2 game on the Nuke Town reboot map. Thats a rush I dont get from Halo.

Also FPS Esports has been revolutionized by CoD. I know it doesnt have a huge following but i LOVE CoD Esports and follow the MLG teams the way most guys follow their favorite NBA/NFL/Etc. teams.

At the end of the day, yes their both FPS games, but they're 2 different beasts. Its like comparing Need For Speed and Forza, Five Guys to In-n-Out, etc. They might offer you something similar, you might like one more than the other, but they're different.

I'm personally pretty stoked to see some tekken 7 gameplay on the 25th.

Tekken is my all time favorite fighting game.

KI is currently my favorite though

inb4: All Tekkens are trash after tekken 2 for PS1 and ________ is the GOAT fighter

Man KI season 2 is going to be crazy. New players and combos the fighting system is so crazy. The Evo was boring at some points tho the guys just stood back waiting for the other player to come attack. The finals was dope however.

Yeah for those of us with the $20 version... we'll need to buy the new characters.

I'm hoping that M$ offers another ultra combo "upgrade" for $20 for those of us with the regular combo version.

I'm also hoping we get gargos in season 2.... He'll look on the xb1

We missed that sale. If they put Ultra on sale again im def copping for the dope outfits. Its the new company however so may be tricky.

 I was being cheap man smh. 

All the XBL sales are wack now. I missed the Fifa 1 also. Had to cop off eBay. Nothing I want will be on sale soon. 

 

No worries tho this fall/winter is gonna dope. That GameStop money will go to good use.

But it is a step in the right direction.

Once I get Pre-Order Bonuses + Pre-Loading + A lower price.... I'll gladly go digital.. but if I'm paying the full $60 and i cant pre-load... minus whale have a disk.

I'm not sold on KI season 2. Combo looks pretty generic and meh. Never was a fan of maya but I'm listening. Overall Im ready to see more creatures back, not more humans. Out of all characters they choose maya?


They said they're bringing in air breakers and stage ultra as well as rebalancing. Pretty much all characters are broken in their own May with the exception of spinal and maybe fulgore. The balancing could really kill the game. Recapture sounds like a bad idea if all characters are able to do it too.



I don't care for finishers so no problem there. They need to add more character colors, better accessories, better classic costumes, an actual story mode, a better online interface, better game interface, OG music select option, lock out voice for OG announcer....... Can't think of much more

They showed an updated version at E3. Looked the same. His whole concept is just generic IMO.
