I went to GS tried earlier to trade in my battlefield 4 for 360 and get the xbone version but they told me to be eligible for the 9.99 promotion i was supposed to reserve battlefield 4 for xbone. When i look online they say all you have to do is bring the current gen copy and you can upgrade to the next gen copy. Anybody know about this?

Not true, all you had to do was bring it in so they're stupid. You should call back and ask to speak to the manager.
