My biggest issue with titanfall is that one stratagy always won: Use the R101C, Parkour to roof, acquire kills

Game after game with 0-5 deaths was extremely satisfying... for the first week.

It also didnt seem to matter the game type (unless, of course, Titan v Titan)... just get to the roof and pick people off.

It was an ambitious project and I dont think they had anticipated how reptitive it really feels.

I'm sure number 2 will work out a lot of the minutia which till allow for a varied experience which will in turn allow for a better experience.

Weren't you guy telling me the game offers a wide variety of gameplay?

No.

It was extremely fun while it lasted but I haven't played TF since the month it came out. and recently sold it to gamestop for $36

In all actuality you could have a wide variety if you chose to not use the best strategy to get the most amount of kills possible.

Which is exactly why the game kinda fizzled out for me. In Halo, CoD, and other successful shooters, there generally isn't ONE strategy that ALWAYS wins. I didnt feel "forced" to have situational strategy.

Thats exactly how i felt after about 2.5 weeks of titanfall. My KD against all was around 5.something and at one point against only pilots it was sitting at 3.0 until I had some family (youngest brother) come over and they took it down to like 1.7 or something.

I was unbelievably hyped for the game after the alpha and beta and I held any negativity about it until post launch because i wanted to experience the whole game before i made critical judgement calls (Just like i am reserving about destiny)

I thought TF was amazing the first week

Joint got repetitive quick tho :smh: for a mp game it lacked a loooottt of stuff. I didn't mind it being mp only cause I figured they'd go all out with game modes and customization...but that wasn't the case :smh:

I should go trade it in while the value is still highish

I think for the size maps and detail the game modes were made to be deep battles. Like when i play BF you feel like you're in the battle. That may just be in my head however and being its realistic compared to TF. But matches feel short and easy most the time if you have a squad.

Best challenge is playing Capture the Flag and at times that is even a breeze. I still like TF tho I believe it will be better in the sequel.

TF is the sane game over and over no matter what the map (of courses flag is different). Titans actually suck and id rather not use them. In game bots is a garbage idea. Guns feel all the same.

Only plus is the movement. The wall running works great

I agree... Played it last week. I think I would like it more if I could go vertical with the Titans like actually jump

Remember when I told that guy to not buy an xbone for TF and several members basically told me my advice was terrible....and rusty tried to make a bet to have me banned from this thread?

Good times.

Good times.

Was telling dudes the game was meh and repetitive, and I got essay telling that I was wrong.

Also good times

Just saw this after all the TF talk earlier. I am not trading mine in. I have faith in the title.

I'm not trading mine in because I'd get like two dollars for it. No one wants that game

It's going price is 23 coins on 99gamers.com. After shipping fees($2+), you'd have hypotehcially 21 coins. Which would could use to cop nba 2k14, dead rising, ac4, watch dogs, or thief.

Hell, I'll even buy it off you...for cheap though.

TF is still worth $20 to trade in and $22 to power up members.

Which isnt horrible because the game is 6 months old now and clearly isnt moving.
