I like destiny, well liked it, until the game was pretty much over after a couple weeks. Now they have these connection issues? :x
Cmon now, they talked about a revolutionary game and gave us a longer demo.if yall are cool with playing the same mission over and over THATS cool. I don't. Crucible is lacking in content by a large margin as well.
The game as of now is a great starting point but the "experience " they promised isn't there

Yes the repeating missions is kinda wack but playing on harder levels keeps it fresh. Its not perfect but it's far from trash IMO. I aint play at all yesterday so I dont know about the connection issues u having. Let's play the Raid bro U will see what the game has the offer. It made me love the game even more.

Again, I like the game and what they've set out to do. I just wished it had more to it. Unfortunately we live in the age out holding stuff back for the sake out paying for DLC.
The connection issues only happened for me yesterday. Couldn't even sign in
I'm down to do the raids. YES the harder missions are fun (for a couple runs) but outside of a couple for the majority of the game your character is OP against the enemies.

[COLOR=#red]I actually agree with this. Initially fun, no growth throughout the game though... still like the co-op, but when no one is on at the time it's just eh to me at this point.
And because I'm not attached at the games hip I now can't play curcible... everyone being a lot of levels above me it seems. One hit and gone it also feels like when I'm unloading clips and doing little damage.
I made a comment a week back that I will not be downloading unknown games from now on. It'll be Madden, Fifa, and BF. Those are the three that get the most run and I know I will for sure play the most. [/COLOR]

Remember this is an activision game and based upon that leak we saw in the court case, there will be a big DLC next year for the game, then supposedly Destiny 2 in 2016, so like every year essentially more content .... ? I dont know lol, I agree there needs to be more out of the gate for $60 but i'm cool with what we got now until Halo comes out anyway.

Bottom line is the game becomes more of a chore than a challenge. Need to patrol for a bounty or something else of the sort? You're character is so OP after a certain point you're just mindlessly doing them. Wanna do story mode? Once you're at 20 the game is too easy.

You pretty much right, I just love the way it feels compared to floaty BF and super twitchy COD. So I don't mind doing the xyz stuff...
I'm just pissed that I major connection issues. Have my box hard wired to my modem, NOTHING else is connected to the modem, not my cell phone, not my laptop, nathan....yet it seems during peak hours I get dropped every once an hour

Thats a trip that you get disconnected so frequently
In all my time played I've been disconnected no more than 5 times and I've had NO problem getting back on when it happened.
My console is also hard wired in and I have ~45-55down / ~20-30up / Ping ~18-23 when i do the connection tests on the settings.

When I played with you everything ran smoothly. So its hit or miss, if it happens frequently tonight I'm going to delete then reinstall destiny.
My NAT is 90% OPEN when I check it, and the few times it has said MODERATE i'll reset and it'll go back to open.
Wish me luck brahs lol. (Also I suspect it MAY be my Xbox itself, seeing this is the only game I have so far and I've only had the system for a couple weeks, for all I know it could be an issue with the xbox)

How often (if ever) do you do hard boots on your console (hold the power button down on the console for ~5 seconds for a full shutdown or simply unplug it)?
I usually do a hard boot ~1 a week. I suspect that the internal RAM / Cache doesnt really flush itself out as efficiently as it "should" when its simply put to sleep.
The "quick resume" features just dont work well enough yet.
So sometimes my console starts getting slow or like last night, both of my controllers stopped functioning (tried wireless, plugged, etc.)
Hard reboot... system running smooth again.
