after work im gonna head on over to game stop to upgrade my ghost for the 10$ and most likely purchase Nba2k14 just to have something for when the homies decide to slide on over. 

How much will GS give me if i trade in NHL 14 and GTA V ? enough to cover another XBO Game ?

Do you know if I can trade up nba2k14 from 360 to XB1 for $10?

For everybody asking about trading up physical copies of Madden, 2K14, and Cod Ghosts.  The trade-ins are for people that bought from the same retailer, best buy and gamestop works that way but amazon will take your 360 copy of any of those 3 games and give you an xbox one copy for $10.

I'm not sure what their trade in process is but $10 is $10 if you guys want to get in on that deal.

Pretty much. Just found this out the hard way after being souped that I can connect my xbox1 to my cablebox. Good thing I had an extra HDMI cable still hooked to my tv just laying around.

Kind've figured this would be the case going digital only.

But it's literally taking me 1/3 of the day to download Ghosts. (40 gigs) and I have 2K14 next. Just going to let it download overnight

That's what I did I bought battlefield in store and set 2k to dl while I was sleeping (need to snap nba so it needs to be digital)

Since you can't use TV unless plugged into the xbox and Xbox needing to be on can I access my dvr? I record a lot of shows and watch a lot of shows from the dvr

You have to use the normal remote to operate the dvr functions

i am absolutely loving this beast of a system, I've been using the TV snap feature the most. love being able to play a game and see live tv at the same time

Is there a way for me to watch my directv without using my xbox if I have my hdmi running through the xbox? Does that make any sense? Like I have my directv running through the xbox but what if i want to watch my direct without the xbox being on do i constantly have to switch the hdmi cord back and forth?

Yeah switch back and fourth.. I'm not for the whole tv in the Xbox thing though.. I don't wanna keep the system on for that long and have it heat up.. I rather just put that stress on my cable box

I just had to go through this. I'm wondering if there is something I can get for my dish... some kind of splitter so I'll have the option for both. Play my game while watching the game is cool... I'm guessing Snap isn't working yet? Haven't looked but tried and nada.
