Just finished level 1 of Halo 1


obviously the graphics are better

they said gameplay would be the same but its not

you can easily tell if you are a regular Halo player BUT the foundation is there

I really wanna get a feel for the online gameplay but the servers are currently down

im heading to the office and will be back on around 7 and will broadcast from my twitch channel

Also, antidope I see a few pages back you said you traded in your 360/PS3 and accessories and put it towards a XB1, but I thought you had a XB1 for a minute now.

I hope not, but IGN is releasing their preview article on H5 tonight so I'll be looking forward towards that

Double jump is rumored for it no confirmation though.

Honestly as much as I want to say negative things about H5, they can do whatever as long as they dont mess with MCC. Its not my ideal scenario, they can ruin H5 and H6 as long as they dont mess with my classic Halo.

I did have xb1 already but my brother and I shared it. Halo 3 was literally the only reason I kept my 360 and now that it'll essentially die tonight I just went and got my own.

The Halo Channel is live and the H5 reveal is coming out at 11 P.M on it, and theres gonna be a review from people who played it later on today.

I just can't get with the "completely different" game thing. Sure, sprinting and Armor Abilities change a lot (hated Reach Armor Abilities) but overall, the CORE shooting and taking someone's shields down and all that is still Halo. That's an experience you don't get from any other shooter including Destiny, COD, and Titanfall.

In the end, the biggest downfall for Halo moving forward is going to be that it's only gonna be compared on the Halo standard. If Reach and 4 were released as a new game without any prior Halo before, it would garner universal praise because it's still a great game on its own. But because it has to adhere to the past games it got deemed trash

Just my opinion though. Either way, 343 did us a huge solid by releasing MCC, this way we all can get the best of both worlds.

Agree to disagree on that. Imi they made a new game and used a halo skin over it.

As for reach and 4 they're ok games but horrible halo games if that makes sense
