Is there anything worth paying a full 60$ for on the xbox one ? A couple games im interested in but will probably wait for a decent drop . is there any absolute necessities?

If u like racing games Forza Horizon 2 is one of your best bets.

Who seriously purchased MCC to play a 1 month beta tho. Beta can be pushed back the base product is not functioning.

I did cop crackdown back in the day to play the halo 3 beta
But i for sure didnt cop the halo glory days collection to play the halo themed CoD beta

Brah I'm just saying that access to the Halo 5 beta was part on the product you paid $60 for. That's all. It was the game+beta access+ Nightfall
Plus it is probably the case that the Halo 5 team =/= the MCC team. And pushing back the beta might effect the development for H5.
If 343 can launch the H5 beta on time, and stable, they should.

The crackdown buying came during a whole different era. Betas are out for everyone now without having to buy anything. Don't know why that's even being brought up

Ok and I am saying in a business aspect it would go over better if they fixed the core game them dropped the beta at a later date. Yes that was apart of the package but that is a temp piece of fun, how can we test out a new game and expect results in the final product when a remake couldn't even be handle. Who is enticed to play the game now anyway after this launch, 343 needs a new PR/marketing team ASAP.

The old halos cater to a significantly smaller (and continually diminishing) demographic due to lost interest, getting older, and the entire halo MCC launch fail.
Absolutely no doubt Halo 5 will sell more than Halo MCC therefore thats where their attention will be.
Halo MCC has barely sold >1m copies and even once its fully functional... realistically how many dudes are keeping up to date with it and waiting for it to be perfect before they cop...
Halo 5 will probably do >1m with pre orders alone... considering halo 5 already has >100k pre orders w/ no set release date yet other than the assumed fall 2015

They know halo reach was bad, they know halo 4 was garbage. They released mcc to reinvigorate the halo communities hope and love for the game. It's a pretty simple idea. Unlucky for 343 they suck and somehow ruined a gimmie.

wait till you really start upgrading your abilities. combos for daaaaaaaaayyyyyyysssssssssss. I think thats when the game become really fun.
the beginning was a tad boring for me since i aint had no moves but the reg. swinging sword **** but once you move further in the game **** gets serious :x
i'd say take a break from the story missions and begin hunting down captains and war chiefs to get your xp up in order to unlock new abilities + upgrade weapon/health. it'll be worth it and save you a lot of trouble in the future.
itching to get home and play. Tried playing nba 2k last night...too many children. Had to stick to my career instead

^ Yeah FIFA is by EA. Game is fun as hell though. Pretty easy to pick up and play. I suck at it but still enjoy it .

Yes its EA but they actually do a decent job with FIFA, game is too big to mess up, its a huge international cash cow for them. A lot of interesting game modes.
Bro I rarely win online and I like the game, I am determinded to get better lol.

Actually you can check streams also on Twitch, most of them aren't in English.
My mind was twisted when I was on this Asian dude stream who was actually Russian. Sounded like a villian from a Bond film.

I'm pretty sure last year's FIFA is in the Vault for EA Access subscribers. If I were you I'd do the $5 one month subscription that way you could try it for cheap. If you don't end up liking it you're only $5 in the hole compared to the price you'd pay for the game itself.
