Xbox One Upload Studio Users Banned for 'Excessive Profanity'
Plus, Microsoft isn't monitoring your Skype calls.

Xbox Live users will be banned for violating Xbox Live's code of conduct in Xbox One's Upload Studio, which may affect the rest of their Xbox One experience. The consequence of the bans seems to affect Skype functionality, leading some to believe Microsoft is listening in on their voice calls and suspending accounts for swearing during Skype conversations. This is not the case.
"To be clear, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement team does not monitor direct peer-to-peer communications like Skype chats and calls," a Microsoft representative tells IGN. "Also, we take Code of Conduct moderation via Upload Studio very seriously. We want a clean, safe and fun environment for all users. Excessive profanity as well as other Code of Conduct violations will be enforced upon and result in suspension of some or all privileges on Xbox Live. We remain committed to preserving and promoting a safe, secure and enjoyable experience for all of our Xbox Live members."
What's likely going on here is Gold account suspensions prevent users from accessing other Gold-enabled features -- this includes Upload Studio/DVR and Skype, as well as online multiplayer.
Plus, Microsoft isn't monitoring your Skype calls.

at the fact he played throughout the whole agruement. Happened to me and my bro too, he was playing NFS hype as **** whenever he used the boost he would go "VROOOOOOOOOOOM!!!" and do other sound effects (he's 29) then outta nowhere someone was like, you know we can all hear you right?

How do you get zombies off of you in DR3? I'm using the analog sticks but nothing happens.

One got into it with his chick BAD. All types of ******* and **** being thrown about.
The two of us left kept playing kinda laughing to each other and saying damn this is ****** up... kept playing though. Till this day I don't know if dude and female are alive... semisrs.[/COLOR]
