Do keep in mind this is a pre-release of a beta running on a beta release of the xbox one operating system.............

If it ran perfectly, it wouldn't be considered a beta.

Walmart done changed up their policy. You can't even return a game without a receipt, I doubt you get away with a console. My Walmart got this policy posted right behind the customer service desk and I still tried, woman pointed straight to the sign

I'd have to wait tell Jan. since the xb1 is priced lower than the ps4. 

Supposedly, they will just scan the console which will show where it was bought and what not. 

I just want to switch the xb1 for a ps4.

In effect, getting a ps4 for $270.

That's the thing though. I don't want to "return" it.

As of right now, the poll results indicate that the 21st would work for half the people interested.

I have work the day after Xmas, and can't do the 21st either . Gonna have to count me out if those are the consensus picks.

A buddy of mine that played on UW's football team would take all his bowl game gifts there to get those prepaid Visa cards with store credit

. They'd take everything back with no questions asked.

hah that's smart....always wondered what players did w/ some of those gifts cause they're so random and most 18-22 wouldn't care to have it

I'v been trying to find info about this. Some walmarts are more lienint than others. Some walmart employees said that it's okay, if you don't do it a lot.

Which I've never returned anything without a receipt.
