As soon as I was the blog I thought "We those are some nice changes, Antidope will be happy with the sprint compromise............what I'm I thinking it will just piss him off some more"

I'm happy sprint stays in, I wouldn't want to play another campaign without it. :smokin

There it is. Not gonna argue that it benefits campaign.

The "Compromise" wont change the fact that all the maps in the game are scaled around sprint, and non sprint gametypes will be a world of gray like ZBNS Reach was cause every map had to be built in Forge. Sprint has ripple effects that extend to every facet of the game.

Titan fall would of been a success if it didn't start off extremely dependant on DLC and updates

Also if it was 2005 again

Explain this nonsense

Titanfall was extremely fun, it's only crime was the lack on content

They should have made all the DLC free.
this. and get rid of the campaign put into the game since it was clearly an after thought that brought the game down for me.

i loved TF i still play it now but if they could've added more customizing and weapons it would have deff had a bigger following than now

Titanfall...now, you wanna talk about brainwashing? Look no further.

Both of these statements are facts

I totally believe if titanfall released last march the way it is today (INCLUDING THE DLC PACKS ON THE DISK / DOWNLOADABLE W/E ) it would have kept a much larger amount of players.

Even throw a few more guns in.. why not.

Game played great... lack of content made it feel VERY redundant after a month.

HOW FANS HELPED SHAPE THE MULTIPLAYER OF HALO 5: GUARDIANS

BULLETINS BLOGS CALENDAR ESPORTS FORUMS
Will refrain from criticism but theres a lot of selective wording in here and flat out lies. Ya'll have fun with this game man.
How do you know they're lying about statistics only they have access to?

Is it that unbelievable that the people who want halo to be old school slow and basic are the minority and M$ has already entertained that crowd with halo MCC?

Also.. i enjoy debating halo with you cuz u actually understand it very well

Back to what I was saying earlier about the selective wording and the skewing of the results. This was question A

You see how this can easily be skewed? These arent all the questions that revolved around sprint either, they were all like this. Five answers to the same question two of them are even the same question with an extra sentence at the end. Both surveys were like this, a lot of roundabout questions instead of the cut and dry "Do you want Sprint in Halo Yes or No" that we got a year ago.

What more did pressing NO on "In Halo I like to Sprint" need? They definitely didnt publish the results of that to come up with this 11% that they want to reference.

^^^ The wording is not meant to be deceptive, most times when people ask surveys they ask the same question different was to control for people making a selection based on how the question was framed. It is actually meant to be more honest answers

Survey involving political issues. Funny because discussion about Halo now kinda sound like political debates

And at the same time can easily be used to produce statistics that play to X persons favour moreso than simple Yes or No answers would.

Again they literally asked the same question a year ago and got 70% no for sprint. What more do they need? Over segmentation of 5-8 questions about the same thing is what is allowing them to pull numbers out of the sky.

I kinda feel like if 343 published the results you still wouldn't believe it though.

Cuz they lie

Cuz they lie
 But they do lie. "We didnt know that MCC had this many problems or was even close to broken". Seriously? Even outside of the MatchMaking issues every game had fundamental things wrong with it.

I'll use Halo 3 since its the game that you guys are most familiar with but in the MCC port of Halo 3:

-You couldnt walk straight
-The reticle speed is off (It still is) resulting in you not being able to aim straight. They couldn't put a 360 version next to this one play for five minutes and notice this?
-The sounds are reversed (things that happened on the left come out of the right speaker and vice versa)
-The sound range is also off. Things happening cross map sound like they're happening right next to you. Playing H3 with sound or a headset is totally disorienting.
-The entire game is prepatch H3 from the maps to the melees.

This isnt even the half of it. I played for five minutes and noticed it was off and went to the forums and everyone was saying it. Now if I can notice this in five minutes and I'm just some nobody without a degree in game design why couldnt they. "There was nothing wrong with the game, JUST TRUST US"

Wasnt the first time they lied and it wasn't the last. They should have zero good faith in anyone's eyes.

Why though? So everything has to be some conspiracy theory.

Go read a survey about healthcare reform. You will find that the ACA is more popular that Obamacare, and if you ask about individual parts of the law, they are even more popular. Because the way you ask a question matters. Asking someone "Should Halo have sprint" is different from "Should sprint be removed for the Halo 5". You need to ask the question different ways to account for biases

It was fun. I bought it day 1. But yeah, it had like a 2 week shelf life.

It was nowhere near as impactful as the pre-release hype lead us to led everyone to believe. It wasn't system seller worthy (which I took a good amount of flak in this thread for saying).

I think it would've been better off releasing in the fall, because it did need more content than what it released with. But with it being MS exclusive, obviously they didn't want it coming out with MCC (which probably should've been released early this year anyway).

343 is full of it. They said they couldn't see the MM problems during testing. Ok. THE MAIN MENU WAS BROKEN

I also don't believe anything they say. They don't want to change anything about halo 5. Lord knows the blunders they'd produce attempting to do so

Is that even a real quote from anyone at 343, as I recall Frankie was talking about the MM issues.

This is entire post seems to read more like your interruption of the situation, instead of reality.

Seriously, not offense brah, but dudes like you in the Halo community remind me of the Tea Party.

Antidote is full of rage but what he's saying is true. If the only thing wrong with master patch was the MM connection MAYBE they'd be some validity to their "didn't show up in testing" claim. The truth is there are MANY NON NETWORK RELATED PROBLEMS that MM isn't even on the top of the list. The entire game is in shambles, that's not even debatable.

There's a beta for a patch that has been delayed.

You can't make this stuff up

It was in regards to MatchMaking but what does that solve? Its equally as reprehenisble that they released these games when they were all messed up from the ground up. Fixing MM does little to change the fact that the game I'm playing on here is not Halo 3. Because it isnt. It looks like Halo 3, but its not Halo 3. Same goes for two, and CE is the worst of them.

Them not realizing that the games were all broken themselves outside of matchmaking, or knowing and just not saying a word about it (which they did, the things wrong with all these games are painfully obvious and stick out like sore thumbs) is inexcusable.

IDK how that makes me sound like the tea party that I'm annoyed that a Dev wont just come out and admit that it was broken and they knew. Theres no way they didnt know, nothing in those games works the same as they did on the OG consoles. Its nonsense.

These are non networking problems. You cant even aim the gun straight in a shooting game. Tell me which part of this makes me sound crazy, unreasonable, or like the tea party.

These are not interpretations, these are facts. The Halo 3 aiming mechanics are off, Halo 2 has the pc spawns and netcode, Halo CE has pc timers and about 100 other things that are wrong. Portals don't work two ways u, you fall through the maps etc etc.

They knew and said nothing and continue to say nothing. I don't think I'm out of line for wanting some accountability.

How can I notice these things and the development team not. These are simple fundamental things

-It is like you just make stuff up in your head. EA controlled the release date, they didn't want it later because they didn't want it to compete with Battlefield

-None of the Titanfall hype was manufactured, people were sitting down and playing it for 30min-2hrs and coming away loving it.Everyone's first couple hours of Titanfall were extremely fun too.

-The game sold beat EA's and Respawn's sales expectations, it was a success.

-When it comes to Titanfall I have noticed that most of the talking about about the game were not created by MS fans. Instead they were invented by Sony fanboys heads as something to rage against.

Journalist like the game........manufactured hype

MS giving it a standard marketing push.............hahaha, MS fanboys think it will be a system seller

Sony outsells Xbox One for the month................ The game was a flop

-You used Frankie answering a specific question about a specific issue and tried you use it as evidence as a bigger conspiracy. 343 has admitted plenty of times that the game is sub standard and needs work, and they are working on it. This is no defense of them because it looks like straight amateur hour over there right now but lets not act like 343 hasn't apologized for this situation and are trying to make amends.

But what you want is this public shaming. You want them coming out and saying they released a broken game. Why is that even important to hear? You know that is the case, anyone with half a brain knows that is the case, but what you don't know is the reason behind it. You have no idea who made that call, Ross? Spencer? Nadella? But you demand a public shaming of the entire studio just to diminish your rage. Sorry brah, you're entitled to a working game, or a refund, but not that.

Or even worst, you think is a calculated effort from everybody working at 343 to deceived the public. Which sounds even more ridiculous.

-The Tea Party comparison is not just for you, it is for the entire vocal subsection of the Halo community.

Not wanting to discuss the positives sprint brings---ignoring the need for taxation

using the "that not what Halo is" argument----That's not what real American want

removing the context from situation so it doesn't get in the way of your rants,

not acknowledging it is no longer 2007 and what people except from shooters in general is not longer dictated by Halo---Ignoring that America of yesteryear is different than today's America

Distrust and conspiracy theories anywhere....I mean seriously, a beta survey :smh:

And the top one which I must admit you have never done so I'm not putting it on you, the death threats.
