Saying to check out thrift stores for cheap RB instruments isn't useless info in a year when a new RB is coming out.

Rock Band 3 was great for adding no-fail mode. I'm def. getting Rock Band 4 on release or a week after.
All past instruments will work with RB4. Now we'll have to wait on how they'll support DLC.
I rarely purchased RB dlc, but I will now.
You gave out unchecked info, which makes it useless.
Ebay or craigslist is where people should check first before thrift stores.

how they handle RB dlc will determine if i cop or not. I spent atleast $75 on DLC alone.

They've stated multiple times that all the dlc you've bought will be supported.
The question is if it'll be supported on Day one or if you'll have to wait for all the song licenses to come back and what not.
They have 1000s of songs for Rock Band 4 to support, so I hope they do it asap!
I had about $150 in GH dlc. GH giving me the middle finger with GH Live let's me know that RB4 will be my go-to music game.

I like GH better, but GH will be different than RB now.
GH will be a guitar game. RB will be the party game.
I'll be using my GH instruments for RB4 though.
