I only played Mafia 2 so I can talk about that a little.

It's sort of like GTA since it's a sandbox game, but it's story driven. It's set in post WWII (1940s/50s.)

If you liked the look of LA Noire, you'll love this. The environment is amazing. They have like real music from the era, voice acting is great.The story was fantastic too. It pulls a lot of classic mob/mafia films and things like that.

I remember they had a speed limit if you went over and the cops saw you they'd try and pull you over.
