Def hope gears comes correct NOT like that halo remastered crap that dropped. The hit detection in the beta was sad at best.

From the Beta alone we can assume it won't be as bad as Halo but it def was buggy. Switching weapons was an issue for me also.

I can't remember if I had weapon swap issues but I def remember having serious hit detection issues. That's always plagued gears especially since it's a close quarters game but one would hope it would be better than the 360.

Was so bummed when we couldn't play with our friends during the beta. The rooms were so bad especially when people kept quitting.

From the beta it was pretty damn solid and with the updates made it should be awesome. Usually the first update corrects a lot and it's good that they gave us a beta because now those corrections are going to be made before the launch so when we get the game on day one is should be pretty damn polished.

Added to the fact they had a pre-beta a month before they even announced the game... They have had a ton of time to fix what needed to be fixed.. If they do indeed keep things like the weapon slide then we know it's just for nostalgic purposes

I guess you can assume that. I'm hoping they fix it.
As far as the wall bouncing goes, I remember seeing dudes trying that in the beta and it wasn't as successful nor as fluent as on the 360. I straight washed those dudes that were trying.

Was never really a fan of wall bouncing... I was washing dudes that were trying to do it too, the game is better without that crap...

Even on Gears now via BC u can't play with friends. @REDd SPYDER  and I tried eariler this week. Bouncing def wasn't smooth during the Beta, U needed to be able to bounce in Gears 3 cuz successful bounces were easy kills.

Every class has a cheap super doe... i think thats the point.

the class in general... fist of havoc is just OP, the 1 hit shoulder charge, they have a perk where they can get an overshield just from running for 3 seconds, boots that give extra maneuverability, and some other things.
