I was so excited to get the xbox 1 but since i got it i haven't played as much as i thought i would.

I need some COD zombies on the xbox 1

Yeah, how it goes when you're extra hype for things

I just haven't had as much time to play as I want but do enjoy it when I do get to sit and play. When 2014 rolls around and more games are released things will get better for both consoles.

Microsoft has named Crytek, Vlambeer and Double Fine among the first studios to sign up for its Xbox One self-publishing program, ID@Xbox.

Keiji Inafune's studio Comcept and Bit. Trip developer Gaijin Games are also named in a list of more than 30 Xbox One indie developers published today.


Mighty No. 9 looks set for Xbox One.
Announced at Gamescom earlier this year, ID@Xbox will allow independent developers to self-publish on Xbox One without fees. And in 2014, registered developers will be able to access Unity game development tools free of charge.

Speaking via the Xbox Wire blog, Microsoft's ID@Xbox director Chris Charla said the program is designed to bring developers of all sizes to its platform.

"We've shipped dev kits to more than 50 studios and, as we said at Gamescom, this first wave of developers is just the start," he wrote.

"We want to make Xbox One a great platform for developers of all scales and sizes for years to come. We've been amazed at the response from developers to ID@Xbox, and we really appreciate their patience as we ramp up the programme."

Charla called the initial member list below "far from comprehensive" and said that Xbox One owners should expect the first ID@Xbox titles in "early" 2014.

"It's just a first selection of the hugely diverse complement of developers who are working on bringing games to Xbox One via ID@Xbox beginning early next year," he said.

I copped Dead Rising because it looked fun and I don't know much about the other launch titles, I got the 2k14 to get back into sports games and eventually play online lol. I gave up on trying to flip the xbox they keep popping up online and these things are flooding ebay. luckily I got my system 2 games extra controller with charging pad and 1 yr of XBL all for 719.

Is Killer Instinct Free or something? I want that.

Everyone register their Xbox to add a couple years to your warranty? Seen it on reddit a while ago dunno if everyone did it.

registered and it only says mine is till Feb 18th 2015

I have really been enjoying it. Just wish I boughy Fifa instead of 2k.

I think BF4, Forza, and KI are off the chain though. Forza is realistic and I love challenging avatars. Also the dramatic difference between the way cars handle and speed . And all my cars are stock too .

Terrified to go online though. I have never liked racing games online. I have always put countless hours into career modes though

@staylurkin I'm hooked on fifa. 2k is amazing and has always been my go to game but right now the bugs are just irritating. The games tgat do finish don't even register I'm 3-2 and my record shows 0-1. I started that my player a few days ago and played a street game but it froze up half way. Now I cant even load my player mode. Haven't had any problems with fifa though!

I just think the gameplay is flawed as hell. It is basically like Madden to me. Not realistic at all. Just bogus. Passing lanes. Players stopping when you try and lead them. It is slow etc

I am getting FIFA for Xmas though. I am a big FIFA guy so I can't wait. Just gotta finish this semester and then it will be a wrap over the break

Madden is pretty wack. I had and liked it on 360. It's really fast and you can't run the ball in the one version. I really just need some Master Chief in my life

Anyone have any problems w/ the kinect or Blu Ray player?

I've heard the Xbox One has those problems and the PS4 has problems with plugs not working. (I.E. the power slot in the back, etc.)
