You guys know I got both consoles recently.

And honestly I don't think you can say one is better than the other. It's all personal preference.

They both have good things about them. At the end of the day it's your choice.

Ryse to me is equal to Killzone for PS4 in that both under-preformed critically, but both are amazing graphical measuring sticks that are very fun, and both are worth your time and money, but dont live up to the hype that was thrown at them when announced.

I've seen no clear advantage between either console, playing both. It comes down to what exclusives you want.
at "any Xbox one owner will tell you graphics don't matter" like there's a significant difference, if noticeable at all.
I got the One and will probably get a PS4 at the end of the year. I don't get why the Sony enthusiasts get so pissy at people that chose the One like it was a personal choice against them though.

A lot of you guys(meaning ps4 guys) act like the xbox one can't play video games

Ryse looks graphically beautiful I've seen it in stores not my type of game but it looks amazing. If that's what the xbone can produce id be more than happy.. It's as if you guys think it's just an entertainment system that can't play games. Playing bf4 on both systems and 2k on both systems there is no difference whatsoever.

The 100 price difference isn't nothing when you realize you'll own these systems for 7-10 years.

It's funny I was one of those guys a few months ago sold on my ps4 100 dollars cheaper for a more powerful system?? Sold it for me. Then I bought an xbone and realized this is the better console.. In my own opinion.

I find it odd you would say that considering I told him to get the uglier version.

The poster I was responding to isnt mulling over a $100 price difference. He already has a ps4, so it's a $500 decision.

But yeah, buy a xbone because price and performance don't matter. Just the first 20 games out for both systems. That's a better measure of system quality.

Theres no way.

The alpha was almost 4gigs and that included "low resolution textures", 2 maps, and like 6 total guns.

even with an install disk, the 360 is gonna max out at around 6-8gigs.

Well, as any Xbone owner will tell you, graphics don't matter as long as the game is fun. There is nothing about Titanfall that says "only possible on next gen" which is obviously why it's coming to 360. It might look fugly, but it should be serviceable.

So I'd say just go for the 360 version and deal with it until Titanfall 2. Save that xbone money and get yourself a nice new tv or something for Titanfall 2.

I've always wondered what kind of TV's people in here with the XB1 use..

Respawn (the developer) is not gonna use EA (publisher of Respawn's game) servers, Activision (Publisher for infinity ward) servers, rockstar servers, or even their own.

They're going to Microsoft dedicated servers

Of course at the launch it will be very convoluted as with any release that is geared toward online play (in this case, only online play).

After about a week all the dust settles and its smooth sailing.

Ghosts, BF4, Assassins Creed, and now Tomb Raider already offer a larger difference than anything on ps3 and 360.


That matters to me. I went 360 for all my multiplats last gen for that reason. I didn't say "graphics and performance don't matter, I'm gonna buy the ps3 version."

It might matter when you have them sitting side by side when comparing them, but its really a non-issue when you are buying one console or the other. You'll never have a direct comparison; and with the consoles being so close, you are still getting a very good representation of what was intended by the developer.
