I think the hype leading up to TF kinda gave me ridiculous expectations. I think it's a solid shooter and is like nothing else out now but I after playing it all weekend, I realize it was rather "meh" to me. I don't TF is going to stop be from playing CoD or BF, if anything it'll just be added into the rotation with those two. I was looking for that "WOW" factor that I got when I first played Gears but was left disappointed. I hate those damn bots and Im not a fan of the Titans (although I understand thats what the game is about, hence the name, Titanfall). Im hoping that they can make the enemy AI smarter and make games longer. Again it's a solid game and Ill definitely pick it up when it drops, simply because there arent any other games out there and my friends will all be playing which will make it fun to play. I understand that this was just a beta, hopefully when the game releases, Ill enjoy it more.

Mine, or I, had that problem...

But then I found the little bug. You have to really emphasize the "X" in "Xbox On"...

So when I say it out loud it is like "EXXXXBox On"

See if that works. Mine has worked every time since I figured it out.

Titanfall has been a lot of fun, people tripping balls about how it's not COD... it has similar COD charastics. But that's ok, I like All the differences. It's been a pretty fun game to play. Interested to see the rest of the 14 maps or whatever we will get. I doubt it will ever replace BF for me though. It's just my go to, has been for a long time.[/COLOR]

I like a variety which is why I am willing to buy TF. Ill rotate between TF, BF4, and Ghosts and Destiny whenever that drops. I usually play JRPGs, action-adventures etc. shooters are jsut what I play when I only have a couple hours to play. I think I just got tired of the beta very fast, the games were over too quickly for me and the same two maps were starting to get boring. I can say though, 14-16 maps to start off with is

 and one can only assume there will be map packs in the future. Im hoping that when they game drops, it'll be more appealing to me. Im kind of looking forward to the achievement list as well.

For anybody that may be interested, Amazon has the headset adapters available for pre-order with a release date of Feb 25, not sure if you are actually going to get it that day, seeing as how the official release is Mar 7, according to GameStop. It's also about $5 cheaper through Amazon

Played TitanFall beta FINALLY on PC (thanks Carver).

Simply put; awesome game. Not enough to compel me to go out and grab an X1, but it has to be the best FPS out when it drops.

Like Centex said, I think my expectations were too high. I was expecting COD: MW type shock. Still, doesnt take anything away from it.

No single-player kind of bothers me too, but I know Im in the minority there.

As much as I do enjoy it.. I slightly agree, I'm not too sure it's a game that would make me go out and buy an X1 if I didn't already own one.

But it's releasing at a good time with jack **** out right now.

I forgot about the no single player

 at first I didnt care but after playing the tutorial and playing all weekend, I started thinking that this game could actually have an interesting single player campaign, something along the lines of halo maybe

I usually never play single player on MP games cause I get too caught up in the MP half of the game 

 I finished the Halo ones and I think the first GOW.. the first few CODs but after that I don't recall much.

I usually only play story if it's a single player game.. Not that I don't enjoy them I just get to the point where I sometimes lose interest.. dunno if it's cause I take my sweet *** time and play other things or what. I'm outside of that 40% that Hybrid was talking about in the PS thread lol

I swear it's embarassing when it doesn't turn and people are around...I start gettin pissed and say it extra hard like "XBOX turn on"

Either the matches need to be longer or the lobby time cut down.

Dude those 90 seconds in between matches are the worst probably my biggest complaint about the game lul. The attrition games can end very quick, especially if one team is murdering cats.

Hopefully the point limit is increased on attrition.

I can echo what most are saying. They go too quick, especially when your team is slaying.

Hardpoint Domination usually has good pacing. Although the Team Death Match style of attrition is more than likely what is going to attract most.

Has there been any clarification on exactly what the Team Death Match style of attrition is going to be.
