Correct, but you don't have to actually download it. During those 2 weeks you can simply log into xbox.com and confirm your "purchase" and then download whenever you want.

You can charge it with any Micro USB cable.

EDIT: and changed my mind I might go ahead and get PvZ when my dude gets my headset since he said he can get the game for 36.49 or something 

 a 3 dollar discount is better than none. 

Plus the thread on gaf people surprisingly had mostly good things to say about it, outside of the server issues, that is. I'll buy it to kill time til Titanfall and play it as a change of pace along with 2k still until the NBA season ends and I lose all interest.

I feel like they won't sound as good.. or the battery will die and I'll be screwed having to pay them to replace it.

Might trade in COD at bb instead of gamestop since I ain't playing and just put it towards PvZ

A50s are trash in comparison to A40s and A40s are probably the best "gaming" headset on the market as of right now but using the mixamp with just an average set of headphones is still better than A40s.

 I need something that has a mic as well, I don't want to use the Kinect as a mic 

 but I'm not against it if I have to.

I'm more than likely going to purchase the audio technica ath-adg1 gaming headset since I already own a mixamp.

The only reason Microsoft is profitable these days is because of the XB1. I doubt they will ever sell it.
