In regards to disk getting scratch how does it compares to the 360? Should I get a warranty for this joint?

If I remember correctly, blurays as less scratch prone than dvds.

All games download to your hdd. Given that your disc could be scratched to hell and you'd still be able to play the game.

The console reads the game off of the hdd instead of the disc.

After the game's been installed, the disc is just used to verify you bought the game.

My little bro was like that, I use to fight him for that. He also wouldnt be the game back in the right case, he would put the game in the box in the case of the game he was about to play.
