Was and still consider myself a heavy gamer but I've been out the loop for about 2 years. Everything's changed and I find myself still playing games that are near and dear to my heart like anything Street Fighter

I was the same way.

The cool thing about being out of the loop for a while was being able to cop old hits on the super low.

I got into assassins creed late, fable late, etc.

Now that I'm current I think $60 is outrageous for titles

I know a lot of people who play SF that really liked Killer Instinct. That could be something you would enjoy on the One.

THIS. I got the first two bioshocks for like 15 dollars or something haha. They turned out to be two of my favorite games ever.

Xbox One Coming to China in September
The Xbox One will be the first out of the gate since China lifted its ban on consoles.
by Lucy O'Brien APRIL 29, 2014

The Xbox One will be available to purchase in China in September, several months after the country lifted its console ban of 14 years.

The launch is the next step for Microsoft since the company joined forces with home entertainment partner BesTV during the establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone last September, which allows foreign companies to sell products in the country within certain parameters.

"BesTV, a subsidiary of Shanghai Media Group and a worldwide leader in home entertainment technology, is the ideal partner to help us bring our vision to life in China," said Microsoft's corporate VP of marketing and strategy for devices and studios Yuself Mehdi in a statement. " BesTV has a rich history of delivering innovative entertainment content and an extensive catalog of content to share with future Xbox One owners in China."

The Xbox One will be the first system of its kind to launch since the Chinese government lifted the ban, which was established in 2000 due to concerns over violent content in video games.

"The culture of games and entertainment is rapidly growing in China, with nearly half a billion people playing games – roughly a third of the country’s population and more than the entire population of North America. The gaming industry saw massive growth in the last year - generating more than $13 billion in 2013, an increase of 38% in the last year alone. Gamers in China have shown they love gaming – mostly on PC, mobile and online - and game developers in China have been delivering innovative games for years. Creators and gamers alike have eagerly awaited a new generation of entertainment experiences in China.

"We’ll be working hard over the coming months, along with our partners, to ensure we delight a new set of Xbox fans in China in September."

Microsoft announced earlier this month that it had shipped five million Xbox One consoles so far.
