Understandable, the games aren't bad, just not different enough to warrant a yearly iteration IMO. Last cod I bought was MW2 even though I played the others after it with friends copies

Yeah me too, I tried telling myself that I was done with CoD and that it wasn't that great but then I look at the other FPS out and I realize either there is nothing else worth playing or I'm brainwashed from CoD

Same here.. I was super excited for Titanfall with all the hype. Only played it like 4 times since release day smh.. Might give it away

It's always the same with CoD.

The internet raves about the first trailer and the excitement builds from that point until release. Then the game comes out and everyone says "it's just more of the same" and "I'm never getting one of these games again".

Rinse and repeat.

I understand what youre saying. I honestly have enjoyed every cod I've purchased other than MP40 fest World at War. and even that was crazy fun for a while when the guns felt a little balanced.

So is this new one Treyarch or IW? Or is it stand alone?

Super Time Force looks fun as hell.

And if they're gonna do a Halo series it needs to be about Chief or at least a Spartan. The "the Halo universe through the eyes of a typical foot soldier" thing is so boring.

I buy every cod regardless lol. MW3 was cool, but I hope they do better this time around. I'm waiting for a Treyarch COD more than anything.

I have high hopes for this sledgehammer developed cod.

As far as im concerned they did a good job on mw3

and this cod has been in development for ~3 years.

The past few cods have been a ~20 month development cycle
