Best Buy tricked me into trading all of mine in, should have kept one.Don't have my 360 anymore but I dearly miss gears of war 3.
Got bored with Titan fall. Been playing 2k lately. My freaking career guy is beast tho

$100 a console was so enticing, a lot of us ended up getting xbox ones without coming out of pocket. I know a couple dudes that hit up pawn shops and bought xbox's for $35 a pop then flipped them to best buy for the $100 gift card.

Have never sold a home console before. Don't see the reason too. Like Blastercombo said, it's not like the old systems just stop being fun 
And these things only come out every 5-6 years with the announcements coming a year before release. Coming up with $5-600 for the system and games in that time period shouldn't be that hard that you need to sell the old systems for 120 extra dollars imo.

I spent 1k on consoles in 2 weeks. Figured I didn't need the 360 anymore. Still don't NEED it. Just miss my go to game. I'll live and move on. All new consoles take some time to provide a nice game library.

Welp.........So much for that hahaonly system that had true backwards compatibility was ps2 to the ps1 though (off the top of my head).
I don't do video game or OS programming
but I do programming in a different sandbox
and i can tell you as general rule of thumb in programming - The easier sounding the task is, the more difficult the programming process is

Didnt Wii have 100% backwards compatibility with the GameCube? I dont think I had a Gamecube game that didnt work in my Wii. The controller slots were also greatness.

Yep. Pretty sure it did. Honestly the Wii was probably the best system of all time when it came to backwards compatibility. Taking into account that pretty much all controllers, accessories, etc for Gamecube could be used with the Wii.

PS3 had true BC with the 20 & 60 GB models that initially dropped. Part of the cost cutting was removing the chip in favor of software emulation which was with the 1st 80 GB version.
and @TimShepard, i could have been more expensive to be honest. Sony made an effort to not make the same mistake as they did with the $600 PS3 by having a $400 PS4 this time.
ps3 sales have been steady even with the ps4
its all about sales

I had planned to cop release day but the backlog is too much right now. I will cop eventually though, suppose to pick up where Return to Castle Wolfenstein left off. Game looks nuts and a great single player experience.Anyone gonna cop Wolfenstein: The New Order this month?

I was looking at that transformers game too, but it looks worse than Amazing Spiderman 2 game. I'm a spidey stan too, had to pass on that garbage.
