Best wallpaper site site I know http://wallbase.net/

Wallbase is a great site.

Those xb1 backgrounds you posted look great. Now I have to wait for the update... :frown:

sunset overdrives muktiplayer actually looks pretty fun. it's sorta like destiny in a way, where u match make and then do random activities quests ex( floor turns to lava and I have to keep traversing, first to a certain number of points etc)

then you do the night defense horde mode. and if you win that you get new gear/weapons

and it's a lot harder than the sp. at one point there were 20 bird creatures flying around and a bunch of other enemies coming at you and blocking the rails

Wallbase site isn't working for me on Chrome.

Will check out later after I get out of work though.

djyoung08 djyoung08 good looks on the recommendation for the external.

That's the type of external I want though one that is powered through USB and not from another AC adapter taking up space.

I know I'm going with Western Digital too though the one I have now stores all of my music and hasn't failed me yet knock on wood.

I'm going to wait until Black Friday though and see what's good.

iYen iYen been putting out some deals and dude hasn't lead me wrong yet... 99gamers he put me onto sold all of my old crap and got like almost $150 in coins to use for things BestBuy wanted to give me .25 for, and those Panasonic rechargeable batteries he put me onto has been super clutch so far too man. I suggest anyone thinking about getting the play and charge kit to get these instead: Rechargeable Batteries

He usually posts up some deals on externals around Black Friday I'll see what he recommends and what is a good price that suits my needs.

They lasted me like 3 weeks on the charge straight from the box.

i'm gonna wait until my XB1 gets close to full before I entertain the idea of getting an external.

I think if WD came out with a 4tb usb powered external(for a reasonable price), that would be all that we'd need.

I think it's inevitable that you'll need an external, since m$ made it REALLY hard to upgrade your internal hdd.

Hopefully another flood in taiwan or where ever doesn't raise hdd prices again.

Anyone who has EA access can download NBA Live 14...

Im not big on sports games but im pretty sure nobody really likes the NBA live series anymore

I hope the generally extrmely high thoughts of halo mcc remain as high as they are now post launch :nerd:

I give it 3 days after release before this thread is a maelstrom of whining and complaints.

Then after 2 weeks it'll be "I'm over MCC. I'm just waiting on _____ now."

But complaining about what exactly? The only thing really off about the game right now are some of the playlists and I'm the only person who cares about those kinds of things.

I'll be shocked if there's anyone complaining at all

Most people are going to over MCC within a week or two.

Halo is not a pick up and play like COD.

You actually have to be good to do good not play like a B with thermal scope camp and wait for streaks and let them do the work for you.

Most people who rocked with Halo back in the day don't really have time for it like that these days to put in the effort and/or are older now and doesn't play games at all or like they used to.

If the community sticks around for over a month I would be surprised.

Hope I'm wrong but time shall tell.

Of course there will be complaining it's only right. But it will be by the guys who are more hardcore cod type. Everyone who has played it knows exactly what they're getting out of the box  you can choose which one you want to play it's not some randomized play list of all of them in one.

And the hardcore cod comment was not directed at djyoung lol.. Its most people got used to sprint and ads when they play halo again it's gonna feel all ****** up.

I'm trying to round up the old neighborhood homies from back in the day (Halo CE/2) to get together around release for an old fashioned all night LAN party. We're all about 24 now. The nostalgia factor will be crazy.

I've been thinking this for awhile now. "Kids" nowadays are used to COD where it's 3-5 bullets and your dead, with not too much strategy or skill needed to be "good". You can join with a bunch of randoms and still put in work. Halo is an entirely different beast. Time to kill is much higher, you pretty much need a good team to succeed, and although a select few weapons dominate, you sort of need to be able to use everything (I'm talking non-loadout gametypes). Unless a new breed of younger players sticks with it, I don't see there being a huge online presence. And with COD coming out around the same time, I don't see that happening.

But that doesn't mean I won't enjoy the hell out of it. Until I;m back at work .
