Keep it if you like CoD. There is a skill gap between past cods and this one due to the faster paced, verticality centered gameplay.
Sell it if you dont like CoD.
The download speed will be reliant on your internet speed... @ 50mpb/s it should take you around 5 hours (game is around 45gigs)

343's idea of moving the franchise "forward" isnt what halo die hards think of as moving forward.
and it happens to be that they're the most vocal so you see their feedback more often.
I'm sure there's a countless amount of people who love all the new features 343 has added to the halo franchise.

Either way it's better than Bungie. If Bungie had it their way Reach would have been the last Halo game we got. Now they can go make their terrible Call of Duty in space game.
At least 343s intention is to only make Halo games. Bungie stopped caring after a certain point.

Meh, 343 hasn't done ANYTHING right yet so I can't say anything good about them. Even a spoon fed rerelease was messed up. Halo 5 looks like cod with a halo skin.
