Phil Spencer has already stated that they mainly care about holiday season, so I don't expect much during the rest of the year.

m$ has already stated that holiday 2015 will be "crazy".

Did he really say this?

In terms of where he said he prioritizes his time, holiday season is where he wants to be competitive.

So bringing that exclusive heat during that time is supposedly important to him.

As sole vintage stated, multiplats will be released for the other months. Given that, xb1 owners will be waiting till the end of the year for xb1's best exclusives. Whereas ps4 owners have to wait until feb 2015 for $ony's best offerings.

What exactly is wrong with indie games? Have you played Spelunky? The Binding of Isaac? I think they're great games. Played a **** load of Spelunky on PC prior to it coming to PS4. It's in my top 5-10 games ever. I played a **** load of the original isaac on PC as well. Rebirth is even better.

I stream the games so people can check them out. It's one of the cool features of the new systems.

PT is an hour long demo.

So? It's a cool experience. Scared the **** out of everyone who played it.

It wasn't a great year for PS4 exclusives, but there are still a ton of games to play. there are actually more games available for ps4 than xbone right now, believe it or not. I think one of the more memorable experiences this year was PT. That created a pretty big buzz and is only available on PS4.

I think Sony did a better job of supporting PS3 up to the release of PS4, which was a detrimental to the PS4 1st year of exclusives, but there are still plenty of games to play for the system right now, they're just not all exclusive. I think if Sony knew how fast they'd be selling PS4's they might've put more focus on that in the 1st year, but there was no way to predict that really.

I look at the xbone 1st year exclusives, in particular Titanfall, Dead rising 3, and Ryse. Now do you think TF 2, DR 4, and whatever crytek's next (likely not Ryse 2) won't be availble on PS4? It's pretty much a certainty that they will be, and to me that lessens their current impact.

D4 is never coming to PS4, but is Swery only going to make xbone exclusives this gen? Doubtful.

I'm not sure about SO. I know Insomiac owns the IP, so I assume that leaves open the possibility for potential sequels to release on PS4 as well.

So I just think the xbone having better exclusives at this point rings a little hollow.

Why you going in on dude and what he streams?   DJYoung streaming Geometry Wars even gotta few viewers, no hate, i was one of them.  Indie games are a necessity now, you can't have AAA title after AAA title from the same devs every year.  Those true AAA titles take years to dev.

Is MS still making that live room projection thing?  The concept was pretty interesting, i know a few dudes with game rooms would love that.  Sound engineer too, sound proof the whole room.  Could be blasting a movie, couldn't hear a thing outside of the room.

Titanfall is a completely different game today then it was in march outside of the skill level of the competition.

I hopped on and playing this after playing CoD AW for ~30hours has me trippin....

CoD AW is literally Titanfall done correctly (except on average the level of competition is much higher in CoD)

I played one game of TF last sunday:

10 Pilot kills / 24 grunt kills / 0 deaths

I never thought I'd not enjoy an FPS because it was "too easy"

I have no issue with indie games. I love peggle 2 and I'll be posting more clips of it in this thread.

I specifically typed ps+ free games. Games that have been out for months that he's now streaming like they just came out.

Geometry wars isn't free, it just came out last week.

I didn't have streaming capabilities until the PS4. I stream the games so people can check them out. Just because they are not brand new doesn't mean everyone has played them. I've streamed stuff like Killzone, TLOU MP, and Ground Zeroes as well.

I'm a believer that we are experiencing a paradigm shift in gaming.

The more AAA titles fail to deliver on launch but meet profit margins BEFORE the release of the game... therefore its "no big deal" that the game is broken/incomplete because they already made their money

Gamers arent that dumb and actually have a voice now thanks to social media. It wont be much longer before sales on AAA titles will dip and they'll either have to deliver or become irrelevant... Im thinking of halo 5 in particular.

The best thing that could happen to AAA titles that would give us compelled games is to stop pre-ordering...

Also, the more the little guys will prosper even more so..

RIght now its like we're M$ Studios ahead of time for a lambo but it wont turn over or dies while driving w/ the promise of them fixing it in the coming year

When we could be paying LESS MONEY for a different colored lambo that runs and comes with complementary yambs

I own lots of indie games. I owned spelunky and dust before it was free.

My fav. indies are Gotham Imposters, peggle, and max.

As I already stated, m$ already had a hell of a holiday 2014.

They've laid out their hand this fiscal year.

Obviously they'd try their best to continue said success they've had this holiday.

They work, but you'd need to purchase the xbox one headset adapter, which is $25.

 I haven't finished it yet but it's a good game.

I think Max is another good game. I really only touched it when I was helping out my 6 year old though.

Resogun and Velocity 2X are fun too.
