i now there's some way to get to the dev kit mode but it's not ready yet plus you need an xbox id logon to access it

supposedly it's tied to the 2k servers. People that have done a reset and reinstall have reported still having the same problem

That sucks. A Wal-Mart near me still has a few left and the employee there told me they're expecting two more shipments by Christmas. I'd go to your local Wal-Mart and ask the smartest looking employee
