Best bet is to minimize things using bandwidth on your network. Anything downloading or uploading will cause issues.

yes because if your xb1 fails when it's out of m$'s warranty period, then you're still covered.

I'd recommend a three year warranty or more rather than 2 years.

only complaint so far is streaming video isn't as intuitive on One ... i'm on mac and and streaming vids with vuze on the 360 was very simple and easy

IMO the 360 has some features that MS never should have removed. The party system is awful right now and there definitely needs to be a simplified mode especially when actually gaming.

A big thing im having an issue with is if I don't immediately accept a party invite, I have to get people to send me a new one instead of having the invite put into my inbox like it was on the 360. An example is last night I was playing BF4 but my friends were playing in a private game on Forza. I couldn't accept the invite immediately and you cant set the private room to be "Friends Only" instead of "Invite Only" like it was on the 360.
When I jumped on to Forza, I couldn't even talk to them until I got another party invite.

Not the end of the world but it's backwards that they had a nice party system on the xbox 360 and such a bad one on the xbox one.

hope so. im finding my way around the quirky system so its definitely not the end of the world. patiently waiting for a battery life indicator because its tragic being in the middle of a MP match and having your controller go dead on you. BF4s MP is something else tho. Never seen such a buggy game that's not related to game play but connectivity.

started a 2k game up with @ServeChilled81  lastnight. In the the 2nd qrt connection started to get horrible (think we both dropped connection) we had a great game going to.

yeah the party system is kind of dumb. If you wanna see party invites you missed you have to hit the home button then go in the top left corner where the notifications are.

You have to sign the 2nd player in as a guest

Took me and my boy about 20 minutes to figure out how to connect a second stick. Had to sign in as guest then a live shot came up on the screen of us and it wouldn't work til he waved and it recognized him. Tripped us out lol
