It's between Witcher and Batman for GotY for me but I haven't finished Fallout and I'm enjoying it a lot. I actually thought it was cool that things like the radio stations having some of the same music from previous games are in this since it takes place at the same time as the older games.

I'm enjoying FO4, not tryna knock it too much
The gunplay is not only much improved, but actually legitimately fun this time

But it just left me kind of cold in some way, not feeling that endless pull to get back to it, the way I felt with FO3 and especially Skyrim
I think this feeling is at least partly because of the crafting/scrapping system
I think the crafting system is excellent, unfortunately, its directly tied to the scrapping/scavenging system which is a major chore and a time-sink

I dont blame Bethesda for trying this out tho, because they've always had crazy amounts of scrap and now they've tied it in to something thats actually useful,
but it ended up making the feeling of exploration and adventuring much more tedious for me because you're constantly sidetracked by managing scrap instead of finding exceptional weapons/armor loot

Won't be let down by fallout 4 it's an amazing game and it's got so many side quest and an even better main story

Im definitely still enjoying FO4, but its been a surprise and kind of a small let down how much the game repeats stuff from FO3
And especially annoying how many visual/audio assets are directly lifted from older games
FO4 is better in almost every way, and yet I can't help but feel like Ive done this all before. Expected something more from the console Gen leap

Between that and MGS:V's stupid FOB elements and the underwhelming ending, I can definitively say that Witcher is my personal game of the year, and by a wide margin

same things I've heard from others playing FO4. and yeah witches 3 is my GOTY i dont think any game can top the experience i had with it.

I prestiged in BO3 over the weekend.

First CoD I remember prestiging in since MW2 I think.

Then of course it was the following 4 games of me playing like buns with no guns, perks, etc.

It's really not as rewarding as before in the past. Cod4 helped you out immensely cause you had guns like Mp5 M16 and Ak to start you off.

I like the perm unlock, and I REALLY like that you keep your camo progress and weapon attachments.

But losing my specialist really threw me off. I got really used to running Active Camo, and hearing my loud *** footsteps again kills me. I'm torn between Perm Unlocking Dead Silence or my Active Camo next time around. This time I used it on the ICR.

But I do agree, for some reason it doesn't have that "Oh.. Prestiage mode " that it used to. Not quite sure why. Maybe its cause they don't ask you 4 times if you're sure. Only once.

Thanks to double XP I zoomed through the 1st prestige. Now onto prestige number 2.

Still having mad fun playing this. I thought the whole specialist thing was gonna be trash at first, but I feel like thats what makes the game so much fun this year.

got to use the Pharo over the weekend to and shew shout out to @IJumpmanI  and his homie Antychryst on putting me on thing puts in work for sure

I used the Pharo too and cooked for a minute with it in Hardpoint, but after a little bit I got stale with it. I'll have to practice again but I switched back to the Kuda. Once you get grip on that son of a gun, .

yeah i feel you. my go to SMG is the Pharo but when i unlocked it over the weekend i was ripping dudes with it. went 40-8 in a game of TDM with it last night
