Major Nelson's interview with Angry Joe was the only time I've ever been upset with him.

Generally I dont really see him as a bad dude.

Guys, I need some advice.

So... Microsoft has YET to charge me for my Xbox One. Yes, 2 months later.

Well technically they did charge when it shipped, but was weirdly deposited back in to my account like 2 days after it was delivered.

Other things to consider:

-I payed with a Chase debit card.

-I did the Advanced Exchange Program because my original Xbox One's fan was a little noisy. I could have lived with it but I also wanted the free game. Everything went smooth with this. They held the amount when the replacement shipped, then removed the hold when I shipped the original.

-I used the same Chase debit card for the Exchange deal.

- When I was on the phone with the customer service rep, before the exchanged was started, he mentioned that they were having problems with debit cards so using my debit card instead of a credit card for the exchange program might not work. Obviously it worked and everything went well.

What do I do? Have any of you also have yet to be charged?

I mean if it was a mom and pop store i would have definitely have called weeks ago, but come on guys, I pre-ordered from microsoft.com

And this is a problem how ? They can't say you did anything your not supposed too.

Like carver carver said, enjoy the free console.

The LOTR game actually looks decent. Kind of a blatant Arkham/Assassin's Creed rip but I love LOTR so if it's even halfway good I'll probably cop.

It's"blazing fast 60fps" because sports are not broadcast over 30fps anywhere I believe

True, but if it's good for sports it's good gaming.

For you guys who own the one and are cable cutters, can you connect a apple tv or other similar devices to it?

and does snapping feature work with it?

If its a Chase debit, the card issuer is VISA. Per Visa Reg E, the merchant can charge you for upto 6mnths. Its called a Late Presentment. (If they charge you at all. Sometimes they catch the screw up) If they charge you in 6 months and a day, you can dispute the charge through Chase and get your money back.

To better those odds of you getting a free X1 cancel that card and get a new one.

This. They'll most likely catch it, then charge you.

Yep, i'm pretty sure i'll get charged eventually.

It sure is annoying checking my account almost every day and having to subtract $540 just to know what my real balance would be. :smh:

I would cancel it, but it would be quite a hastle.

My wages are deposited directly. My car payment and insurance automatically charge my account. A credit card i have also charges automatically. My paypal account. I would have to change all that to a new card.

Plus, i'm pretty sure i would be getting quite a few threatening letters from Microsoft delivered to my house if they do catch the mistake.

You could always call them up to move things along rather than hoping and wishing you don't get charged.
