I currently game on my computer monitor.

To get audio from my 360, I would use the red + white cables and connect to it to the AUX of my computer speakers. Yes, my 360 is from '05 and does not have an HDMI port

How do I run audio out of my computer speakers with the One?

Not a big deal tho cause I'll probably use my headset 90% of the time.

VGA for now, I use DVI for my PC, HDMI slot is unused.

Would I get the same quality video with that?

No it doesnt. the whole day one stuff was a big marketing ploy. you get a controller with a stamp and a card to unlock a achievement. it would have been better if the system was stamped and maybe numbered. you can buy the achievement off ebay.

False, Iv got one with silver d-pad and Day One stamped in the middle, will upload a picture later when im back home

Seen my son playing and damb near ripping it up so I just redeemed it. Cool how you can do it with the kinect with the little qr code it was easy.. My room was dark as fuu too and it worked.

the dummy in me thought the achievement would just happen instead of me needing a code.... months later, Ive been too lazy to open the box again.

Also, called MS about my disc drive. Gonna just take it to the MS store and let them shift the drive instead of mailing it.

naw no mention of a free game. dude didn't really seem too engaged when I called to be honest.

I had a disk drive problem I sent it back to MS they sent my new console quick and gave me a free game with no problem..
