Honestly the only command I have a problem with is "Xbox On". But once it's on it responds to everything I say. So I think it had to be how I say On.

It's the only explanation I can come up with.

I just got this, but when I walk in the room and the Xbox is off and I say "Xbox On" or "Xbox Turn On" it doesn't.

It's worked like 1 out of 10 times. Anyone else experience this?

Happens to me ALL the time. Happened to me this morning.

I damb sure hope it ain't no beta this close to release

I think so, does that happen with the kinect calibration. The waving sound bars right?

It's actually pissing me off this "xbox on" situation, I bought this thing more for the entertainment value (impulse buy). I don't play the games. Just fifa when I can.

So Valentine's Day is looking like Titanfall Beta, Olympic hockey, and NBA Allstar weekend?

Going to be alot of single guys by the 16th.

This "beta" be just like the "alpha"... a hype magnet.

Using these terms instead of calling it what it is: a stripped down demo.


Also, unlike BF4, Titanfall is not being developed by a development company owned by EA. EA is only publishing the game.

Publishers are responsible for aspects such as marketing strategies and financing the developer company.

DICE, the development company that is responsible for BF was acquired by EA back in like 2006.

I have high hopes that Respawn will deliver a solid, ground breaking product as they are not working as an acquired company

Companies seem to call everything a Beta now rather than a demo. So that if something goes wrong, they can say, "Well it's just a Beta, it'll be fixed for the retail release." Which it more toimes than not, is not fixed.

There's always bugs and fixes between the manufacturing of the game disks and the actual release date.

When's the last time you didn't have update a game on the release date the first time u pop in that new game.

I'm sure the real beta testers did a just fine job at finding any deal breakers.

Yeah respawn also announced that EA has no power to overrule any of the developer's choices.... As you have already stated, EA has a habit of ruining good things.

Respawn also announced there will be no micro-transactions THANK GOD.

It seems to me Respawn simply went with EA because EA was probably the only publisher that (surprisingly enough) gave them what they wanted - Financing and the creative liberty to make a game for gamers, by gamers.

I been thinking they might go live based on the NDA also.

I think respawn said its not associated to a preorder but I didnt really pay any attention to the announcements because I do have it preordered.
