If that's the $1.55mil formula car.. I had enough for it but copped the Koenigsegg Agera instead. It was a mistake I think cause I already have an Aventador.

Just wanted to give you guys an update on game installs and why they are taking so long for some people.

If you bought digital games then there isn't much that can be done about download/install times but if you have the physical copy, the fastest way to install a game is offline.  Disconnect from wireless or pull your ethernet cable out and the game will install in about 15 min.

For whatever reason full games are being downloaded from xbox live for people that have the physical disk.

Another interesting thing I found out is if you go into my games & apps then hit the menu button over an installed game it'll tell you the exact amount of space that game or app is taking on your hard drive.

Some of you guys are are quick to label things a failure. This console hasn't been out for two months yet.

Yeah, I don't understand how people can be disappointed with their system this early. Dudes need to go back and look at the games/features available on the 360 and PS3 the first two years they were available. Things won't really get going on either system until developers stop making PS3/360 games. If you buy a new system this early you just have to be patient.

I played my cousin's XBO over the holidays and I have to say that I'm not impressed. I was expecting a huge leap forward from the 360, but it was minimal.
The graphics on the games were good, but not good enough to justify a $500 purchase. Also, the voice command feature worked when it wanted to, and the menu navagation was not
as clean as the 360. I have GTA V and a few other fun titles on the 360, so I just renewed my XBox Live subscription so that I can wait until the end of the year to see which next gen console pans out to be the best.

the leap is definitely not the same as xbox to xbox 360 but there is definitely a huge difference in the capabilities. did you check out Ryse yet? that game looks phenomenal and is just a peak at what the next gen can do. you also have to remember that developers need time to really bring out the capabilities in the newer consoles.

Not even gonna talk about how great Ryse looks . I've done the side by side 2K comparison and the improvements are amazing. Resolution , lighting , skin tone , hair , build, etc. you name it EVERYTHING is vastly improved over its predecessor and this is the first iteration.

The only thing disappointing about 2K was those trash menus

 and if Im not mistaken they got rid of some modes like Association and they changed my player, right?

Game devs at this point are fully aware of what they can and cannot do to push the hardware to the absolute limit. Xbox One is the opposite. It will take a few years before the games really live up to the potential of the hardware they have at their disposal.

I think a better comparison would be to compare launch titles of the 360 vs. the Xb1 and not 2013 titles that have simply been ported to the xb1.

Check out some of these release titles for 360:

NBA 2K6, NHL 2K6, Top Spin 2, Amped 3, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Almost none of those games are "classics". A lot of those games even flopped. Just like the XB1 release titles for the most part will not be classics and a lot are flopping.



Just give it some time! I am an early adopter of the system as well and cant wait till the true potential of this system is unlocked like the 360!

That game had like 3 achievements for the 1,000 gamer score.

I never played it, but all my friends hated that game.

I like more achievements/trophies. Helps you really explore the game if the developer has done them correctly. An example would be Square-Enix's achievements for FFXIII. Had you just quit when you beat the game, itd be a pretty mediocre game. The achievement hunting for post game content really opened everything up.

I dont like when devs make them cruel to get like beat the game on the hardest difficulty without dying and u only get like 25gamer score

Agreed. I think that trophies/achievements really bring out the best in a game because personally I would probably never beat games on their hardest difficulties, complete side quests, challenges. I completed Ni No Kuni about a week and a half ago, if it werent for trophies, I would never have attempted to complete Solosseum, post game bosses etc.

Am I the only one excited for the potential of Xbox Fitness?? I've checked it out, and it shows a lot of promise. It sucks that it won't be free forever, but I'm hoping that in doing that, they'll throw the full P90X or Insanity workouts on there.

Halo will still hit Xbox One this year. Speaking on Twitter, Microsoft’s Rob Semsey confirmed that fans can “Rest assured your next Halo journey WILL begin in 2014,” adding the hashtag “stay calm.”

Semsey’s tweet comes in response to a list of 2014 Xbox One games posted on Xbox Wire today, which includes Titanfall, Watch Dogs, Project Spark, Sunset Overdrive, The Division, and many others, but lacks the next Halo. According to Semsey in a separate tweet, Halo was only absent because the official name of game hasn’t been announced yet.


The next Halo was originally teased at E3 with no title. In addition to the planned 2014 launch, 343 Industries said Master Chief’s next adventure will run at 60 frames per second and have dedicated servers for multiplayer. It was later revealed that the game will be led by Timothy Longo, previous creative director of 2013’s Tomb Raider and Star Wars: Republic Commando.

Speaking of Forza I ended up purchasing it for about $28 out the door last week. Got hooked and this game looks beautiful. I used to be such a gran tourismo stan but Forza blows it out of the water. I remember trying out forza 2 or 3 and thought it was hot garbage. Whoever(prob misspelling these) joebrap, it's me pizzo, ohleo mk and a few more I been giving y'all bunch of credits with my races.
