They're making moves of late. The rehired the head writer of Destiny from Bungie back. And now they have undead labs on board. And Phil keeps teasing bringing back old MS properties

Finally got good internet. Add me my gamer is ELCUBANREF only have Battlefield 4 and 2K14 for now

Had all intentions of waiting until Titanfall dropped before copping X1, was in the mall with the ol lady and walked into GS. She was like if you want the X1, get it, I'll pay!!!! No way I was turning down that deal, copped with day one Forza.

X1 cool so far. I still prefer pS4 though, all the extra features with Kinect are cool if your into that stuff. Seems like stuff is all over the place with the apps. Played a little bit of KI and Forza. I suck at Forza online, first race came in 10th place LOL.

Yeah, some prefer the simplicity over the tiles of w8

Wouldn't be the xbone without those extra stuff. The tv integration and snap alone made it better for me than my ps4.

TV integration is one point :nthat:

I dont see myself ever going back.

As far as the kinect stuff, I haven't even activated the motion stuff, but Ive already gotten so used to the voice commands that I catch myself getting irritated that I can't tell my coffee machine to start a new cup, or to have the shower get hotter, or the curtains open

X1 truly is showing us the future of home technology, and thats not me trying to hype up the machine. Especially when you consider the tech is only a few months deep. Imagine the integration and improved functionality 5 years from now

I'm honestly one of those people that buy game consoles for games. The extra features are cool but they aren't a make or break for me. I believe PS Now is gonna allow steaming live TV. If the X1 can do something similar that'd be great cause then I could watch NFL games (all I watch is sports) and use the snap to game at the same time.

All that said, going to GS tomorrow to preorder Titanfall and maybe pickup 2K.

I don't know anything about the PS streaming, but I know you can watch all the live sports you want on X1. Thats mostly all I watch too, and was a big factor in its appeal to me. Looking past the hype, X1 really does seamlessly bring your gaming/cable all together. Its not something you'd miss if you never tried it. But once you've got it its hard to imagine going back.

And in this day and age of 3rd party titles, theres not much on the gaming side to separate one console from the other. Pumped for Titanfall though

Anyone else experience this?

Xbox was glitching on the home screen and during netflix. Happened sporadically a few times within a few minutes so i restarted and it stopped. But it happened again a few days later.

Day One XB1 -

Can you stream live TV without a cable subscription? That is what Sony is going towards I think.

No. You need to hook it up to your cable or satellite box. In order to have a cable or satellite box you need to pay. That is pretty badass you only need a subscription to PS Now to watch TV.. If that's true. I'll wait til they announce more and how much they're charging. I can't see them giving you free cable/all ps games for a low cost. I don't think it's cable.. Moreso like hulu maybe? If not I'd be surprised.

yeah they didn't get too much into it but I'm hoping it's live TV without cable because all I watch is sports, everything else is either downloaded or caught on Netflix/hulu.

Picked up a XB1 from a seller on Craigslist this monring $400 brand new unopened. She even gave me the gift receipt for it. Manage to get 2K14 from my cousin as well, but I get it installed and ready to go only to find out that the 2K servers are down. Quick seach on Twitter and it seems like everyone is down now which sucks because I was ready to roll w/ My Player. Anyhow, the voice command on here is very tight and dope. I love switching back and forth between the XBOX and tv. Watching the Panthers vs 9ers game until if and/or when the 2K servers come back up. Very happy w/ my purchase. Add me DJ Ransom.

They'll never get live sports, you have to understand how huge the deals are that the NBA, NFL, and MLB have with tv networks.
