By the way I need to seriously get e-slapped for my stupidity...

Nothing was wrong with the console or controller...

It was the damn adapter... but...

I didn't realize that you had to connect the adapter to the controller when you updated the controller because that updates the adapter too

if you buy a console between 1-4 pm tomorrow at best buy, you get a free year of live. Also Best buy is giving up to $150 for trade ins.

And if you are feeing really daring, you can try to get them to price match Costco( selling as screed bundles for $335)

What's the reasoning for no ranks in classic Halo 2? Multiplayer with no ranking system seems ******ed.

I'd prefer to not have to delete my other game saves for just one game. I plan on getting a external storage but not until black Friday or cyber Monday.

Don't delete your save, just uninstall it.

I figured I might as well complete an ac game before buying the next ac.

Which I've never done.

The ac franchise has some of the best osts out.

It was originally going to be a mixture with a majority of the leagues playing Halo 2 Classic but when 343 and ESL announced the Halo Championship Series and that they were gonna use Halo 2 Anniversary for it, everyone else switched.

Theres going to be one ranked playlist at launch, and its Team Halo 2 Anniversary with more ranked playlists being added "Soon"

Let 343 tell it and they will tell you that its because "They want to test the ranking system out to make sure that theres nothing wrong with it", but its an obvious lie. This is a blatant push to make people play H2A, they know that the ranking system is a means to keep people playing a game, so they just stick it on their game only as opposed to the Bungie games at first to make people play it. I'm not mad over it, they just better not wait like three months to make the other playlists ranked.

They're clearly lying though being that they said like 4 months ago they would be multiple ranked playlists, hell they said it last week, and now all of a sudden they wanna tweak things, Team Slayer is still ranked right now for all of the early release people so their original plan was to have multiple ranked playlist and now all of a sudden they're changing it

I could see it coming in late november early December. I think thats shen they're supposed to patch in the spartan ops missions. so it'd make sense to add rankings too

AC Black flag was boring as hell. Played every AC game and they could of done without it as a main release. No wonder it's free with Unity

Will be copping an XB1 today tho. That free year of live pulled me in. Also will try to price match it too

You guys know if their x1.5 trade in for games applies to the 360 console too?

Last ac game I enjoyed was Brotherhood. I played the game they released after Brotherhood and it was so damn boring. Won't play another ac unless I borrow it and the combat and climbing mechanics are better.
