I had the black pair. I remember them not being that comfortable to walk around in. I know they were very heavy! I remembered these came out a week after the first run of the Jordan 7 retros in 2002. I believe the Black/red/purple 7's came out 12/1*****02 and the VC 2's in black came out 12/21/2002.. retail for the VC2's were $150

I missed out on them 4 years ago. Haven't recovered since.

These were my favorite Nikes of all time.  I know Nike retroed them, but the quality was excrement.  Overall, the quality of shoes has just been flushed down the toilet.  They're made out of cheap leather, the air bubbles are shrunken, and the shape of the shoe is altered.  The retros are garbage.  Please respect the retros, Nike, and do them right!

Tmac IVs are probably one off favorite shoes of all time
Tmac V - I remember he used to wear next years model in the playoffs. He broke the black/red nubucks out against the mavs. Man these were TOUGH. I wish I could find my pair
 
i guess it all depends on our childhood because all of the 90s had mad heat for shoes all the way to the new millinium we went out with the best shoes every released from 90-99 IMO

You'd like my avi then, the OG Strike Forces in pretty mint condition (I've worn them maybe twice). A friend and I found a store closing down about 8 years ago and they had a lot of old stock. Great shoe, and I would be keen on a retro of them too (not likely though I feel).

YES, I think if they don't come back in 2014, 2015 will be the perfect year since it'll be the "year of the 7's" and they are basically brothers. Either way they have to come back sooner than later if the runners are any indication.

nah the air checks were funky bball kicks from 93,i usually dont like shoes with ankle straps but the checks are fly!i remember them most from martins friend cole wearing them in the show.

i think i forgot to mention the alpha force 1!!!! they def need to come back the IIs are some of my all time fav shoes. and the 1s look even better.
